  2.  @Splarkszter  Agree to disagree? heh NASA isn't a branch of the military, and this mission was solely conducted in the name of science. That being said, if it was commissioned by a branch of our military and built by a military contractor, then I would gladly concede to it being a soldier (ala Chuck Yeager piloting X-Planes for NACA). 🥴 But like the Mars rovers... I could never qualify (anthropomorphize?) them as being anything but scientists. Now, if this ends up becoming a legitimate program that Space Forces takes up, those will certainly be soldiers!😎 [note: just to be clear, I'm not "arguing" nor doing this for the sake of argument, but am only having a healthy debate! ✌️❤️🤘 _] _

  3. [disclaimer: I have zero education to qualify me to speculate on these matters] Regarding the ejecta lines that were briefly mentioned at the end... From what it looks like, to me, is as though there is an effect from the Sun's energy possibly being imparted on the ejected debris...? Where the lighter weight material is blasted out far and fast, but then the Sun starts "pushing" on it, causing it to curve. The heavier stuff is shrouded partially by Didymoon, then it also starts to curve due to the Sun; however, its curvature is much less on account of this material being heavier. Similarly, the heaviest particulate moving away slowest, and again curving eventually, but to an even less degree. My thinking is it's that, all combined, which is resulting in that "wave" pattern as seen in the later few fly-by cubesat images (before it passes by Didymoon). Plausible? Or is just my ignorance shinning brightly? lol
