  6. The wanted effect is that LGBTQ avoid coming out. There is no way proving someone is gay as long as they don't have a public coming out. Risking repercussions for coming out will silence many LGBTQ people, that's all Republicans want. They just want to see people suffer, especially the poor. Richer people don't need to fear being fired because they probably are highly skilled, have their own company, or rich parents. It's the same with abortions. It's just to make poor women suffer.
