Your video on USS Texas included an interesting photograph of one of the casemate batteries. This raises the question of how these guns were fed ammunition. Was there a separate hoist for each individual or pai of guns; or was there only a single hoist for each battery, with gun crews having to manhandle 6" ammo across the deck during battle?

@K-H-28 Well, the czech ones (such as Skoda) were eagerly snapped up by the nazis in 1938. After 1945, the coviets were delighted to get their grubby mitts on them.
