Thanks. I'd never heard of the Brennan torpedo. It sounds like a perfect weapon for Russia's sailing torpedo boat Viborg in the steam punk stakes. And Viborg's three gaff-rigged masts would be an excellent plaçe from which to steer the weapon. There has GOT to be a manga movie in this.
