  1. At approx. 12:00, there is a video of an R-class battleship flying what looks like a white-bordered Union Flag fromone of her starboard yardarms. I was under the impression that this flag was once used as a jack by british merchant vessels. Does anyone know what it is and why a RN ship would be flying it?
