  22. To be fair, Buffy could occasionaly be scary. There was one episode where everyone in Sunnydale lost their voices and the villains (who were equally silent) looked very much like Count Orloff and progressed by floating along with fixed smiles on their evil dials. Scared the excrement out of me.
