This is the right step. Police should also startofficial investigation how come that suddenly ALL Hybe's artists are under public fire because of different "she-said, he-said" accusations, from BTS, TXT ,LE SERRAFIM, ILLIT, Zico, Seventeen, even V is being dragged out in social media. Somebody is paying for that negative campaign. And we can guess twice who.
This woman is badmouthing different artists that have nothing to do with her dispute with Hybe, which clearly shows what kind of person are we dealing with. But exposing these artists to public bullying, defamation and financial loss is not just maliscious, it is also harm by intent and as such illegal. Time for police to start it's move. I hope that all who suffered because of her lies and badmouthing sue her till her last penny. Enough is enough. And Koreans still support this woman? Wow. It seems that MHJ was correct about her supporters after all when she insulted them as being brain-dead.

Also, if ILLIT replicated NJ's concept and costumes, and this is a problem, how is not a problem when it's confirmed by members of Mexican group Jeans themselves, that MHJ copied for New Jeans not just the name of band (she just added "New"" to it), but practically EVERYTHING from hairstyle, clothes, video and photo concepts, logo, font style, literally EVERYTHING? So if first case is plagiarism of IP that belongs to Hybe AND NOT to MHJ or NJ, how is her copying literally everything from Mexican girl group and not crediting them for anything is not plagiarism?
So MHJ has double standards. She can, but others can't. Also she claims to be so innovative and original, while she is nothing but a copycat. She copied literally everything from Jeans for New Jeans, including name of group, from Shackattack, Browneyed girls and who knows who else...She copied all those ideas that are someone else's intellectual property but is showing on others with her finger? This is same as when a thief points finger on random person screaming "Catch a thief". What a con this woman is.
MHJ, shame on you.

Let's not forget, it isn't only Lee's case! Police was breaching korean law about not exposing suspevts to the public, but it exposed not one, but 3 celebs. Organised photoshoot lines, police was marching Yoo Ah In, Lee and G-Dragon like animals, suggesting their guilt. In case of two without any single proof, in case of third based on blood samples, which may all turn out now to be legally prescribed drugs! One surgeon in Yoo's case already facing court for injecting what was legally prescribed to actor! By him as his doctor! What justice is that if the police is accusser and also the one saying the verdict? They were breaching korean laws and human rights of 3 people, and they know it. Not a regular police man, those that gave this command have to go! What we are seeing now is AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY and rotten cortuption by police leadership

Reform the school system and that will reform social expectations. Raise children in belief that small and family business is good for them, not killing themself for best result on the most prestigeous university expecting most prestigeous jobs. Which are unrealistuc. There is no unlimited number of most prestigeous jobs, so why unlimited number of young people are competing for them? If 1000 of such jobs are avaluable yearly, why is 40 million young people competing for them rather running into suicide than fill market with small independent family jobs that should take again their jobs, market share and existence, from claws of Southk Korean multicorporations. Let Samsung stick to phones, telecommunications and cars, it doesn't have to own also every restaurant, apoteque, butique, pub, shop etc.

Interesting how my post about exposing celebs to photo-shoot lines every time they were called on hearings in ongoing investigations also constitutes as unlawfull leaking of informations about ongoing investigations, suddenly dissapeared. Okay. Then once more. Other potential suspects involved always have their faces physically covered (and blurred by media) , as well their names hidden. But not in case of Korean artists. Which is not only unlawful, hinting their guilt like that also breaches presumption of innocence till THE COURT proves their guilt. Nobody is supposed to prove their innocence as were forced to prove their own Lee or G-Dragon or Yoo Ah In. It is the opposite - guilt must be proven. It is up to the police and a prosecutor to prove their guilt in the Court of law. Police is not the entity that decides about someone's guilt, but in all these recent cases police was doing exactly this. Korean LAW prohibits leaking of informations about ongoing investigations, and yet police was leaking it. Calling press to be there after and before every hearing of actor Lee, G-Dragon or Yoo Ah In, IS LEAKING INFO ABOUT ONGOING INVESTIGATIONS. Police should protect the Law and Constitution, not breaking them. It is time that someone takes responsibility for this. It is also time for Korean journalists to form an ethical professional Committee if they still don't have one, accept and implement their national journalist codex of of ethics in accordance to global journalist codex of ethics, and inspect as well as take professional measures of expellment from profession for each and every Korean journalist that breached the codex of ethics. This simply must be done. Lee's case is a wakening call. Clean your own lines too, Korean journalists! Protect your own profession!

you are mixing drug problem and marijuana use. Marijuana use doesn't raise criminality or addiction rate so in comparison to alcohol it is more preferable drug sort to speak. The damage you see is caused by other drugs and lack of control over them. Korea is in my opinion VERY wrong on 3 accounts: 1. Encouraging culture of alcohol consumption (alcohol addiction is the main cause of domestic violence and homelessness, people become serious social and medical problem, alcohol increases criminal rates, including murders, causes suicides and slow death in agony which is for families also very cost- full if you look at it from medical perspective - rehab and medical healing after livers are gone in case that alcohol user survives), 2. denying existence of mental illness and other mentally related syndroms such as depression, anxiety etc., because of which people will take alcohol or drugs to ease their pain at the first place - alternative is ending suffering with suicide ( Korea is nr 1 in World when it comes to suicides), 3. treating harmless Marijuana as any other drug. You can keep it illegal but at least decriminalise it, it doesn't cause addiction and is in this sense less problematic as alcohol, it is also calming and doesn't cause aggressional behaviour like alcohol does, so treating it like something very dangerous for society is really not based on any arguments that could pass, and is for certainly not based on any conclusive studies of marihuana so far, and many studies have been done, that's why marijuana is legal in majority of world right now after all.

@purpleskiesforever it affects shareholders, that's fpr sure, and Hybe had to react. Also Hybe lead all this thing professionally so it wouldn't affect shareholders or artists by starting internal audit. It was her that went public with things and naming artists which would normal person never do because once you drag them to the public eye, you affect not only business, but also cause public bullying. On which every company has to respond. She knew what she was doing, she even hired law firm and PR company to lead her public strategies, and things did play in her hands thanks to knetz and Korean media that used situation to indirectly defam Hybe (which is what they do in every single case, they never protect the victim, always perpetrator), but financial and other damages she caused were simply too high for Hybe not to react in every possible legal way. 25% drop in value. We are talking about huuge money. She planned this outcome, it was what she wanted, and it woupd work if two Hybe's biggest stakeholders would agree to play her game, but they didn't. Now she for sure has someone backing her, but if things go wrong way, that back up won't exist anymore, and she will stay alone in her filthy plotting. We are probably witnessing this phase now. To her huge unluck, Jin returned and Hybe stocks went up again, and to her unluck, Kakao is under investigation for illegal practices preventing Hybe from taking over SME, which means that legal system finally started to work. She gelt very safe till now because if Kakao could do it unpunished, she could as well, that was prolly her logic. However even mighty Kakao is facing investigation. She and her shaman stupidly thought for some reason that Hybe is an easy target, and that BTS are easy target. Wrong, ladies.

@melliott3681 he collabed with her because she was advertising herself as the best in industry. Hence he was naturally curious what could she do for him. No big mistery or philosophy in his decision. He explained this himself at the time being. He was curious if MHJ really was what she was claiming to be. Let's go to results now. Was V more successful after collabing with her (she did only concept and suggested for what he should wear in vids promoting album - she neither produced it nor wrote music, lyrics, made music arrangements, nothing regarding music and album itself) than he would be if someone from BigHit would make the concept for his album? Answer is: no, V's album wasn't more successful just because he collabed with MHJ. Now let's compare what we don't want to compare - how did album made it on charts in comparison to Jimin's Face, Jungkook's album or RM's RPWP, just because he collabed with MHJ? You answer yourself that question. But let's be very clear about one thing. If she really was such a mag of kpop as she was advertising herself, it would be V and not Jiming or Kookie breaking all the records, and it would be V's album and not RM's RPWP among 5 best albums of year worldwide. No discussion is valid if we don't evaluate results. What did MHJ do for V that BigHit didn't? Answer is eviden't: one big nothing. She didn't manage to achieve anything that others didn't already achieve before and after her. And V's album wasn't more successful from Jimin's, Kokkoi's or RM's just because MHJ promised Olympus to V as, according to her, best in industry. She proved she isn't best in industry with V's album, but is just like others. Even less successful in comparison to Jungook's apbum, Jimin's Face or RM's RPWP. And this is your answer.

All these people including film festivals, actors' unions, and the local screenwriters' guild, couldn't initially know what's going on till it was too late. But they stood out now risking EVERYTHING in that toxic culture. I respect them, more than ever. And Bong being the voice of that new league that stood up to ask gor justice is making me respect him even more that I already did.
"United we stand, divided we fall". (Pink Floyd, Hey you).
I am with those who stood up for the justice. Not only for Lee. They were doing the same to G-Dragon' let's not forget, and to Yoo Ah In. Only court decides who is guilty, before that, everyone is innocent. Everyone! But police acted as those people were already guilty. But all of them were and are innocent. This includes Yoo Ah In. Still innocent a year after police declared that he used all propohol, cocaine and whatnot in Korea.

And of course, you don't have to work - you are a house wife, right? I don't even have a children, but I don't have time to cook three times a day and when I come from job I am too dead tired to exercise and there is a tone of domestic things to do like cleaning the flat and doing a laundry. How to fill all that in 24 hours and in body that feels beaten up from tiredness? Impossible. I really appreciate your wise advices, bit they always come from women with time for themselves. I watch videos of these fantastic Japanese women how they slowly, with SLOW and elegant moves prepare and drink coffee 5 times par day and make sweet treats for themselves in perfectly clean and elegant kitchens, and I say to myswlf: "of course. Because this is ALL they have to do daily. Drink coffe, make treats, nurtute their skin, maybe exercise a bit, and life passess out without stress and worries". Western women unfortunstelly don't live like this. For us, it is hard work 24/7, you barely have time for one meal, and you must eat it fast during 30 minutes of paid brunch break which you aren't allowed to prolong, and it doesn't matter if you work in office or in field you work 24/7, barely being able to fully breathe while you are working. This is why we don't have a texting culture like Koreans for example - there is no time to exchange 30 or 50 private text messages during day, private life is on standby when we work.
When someone figures out how to shrink 36 hours in 24 hours, well, I will truly admire you then.
I hope this doesn't sound bitter. I did enjoy your video, and I am thankful for it.

he begged police not exposing his case to media till investigation is over, but the police apparently refused it, according to Lee's solicitor. He also couldn't pay to brands claiming from Lee about 10 million dollars of so called damage money for apparent defamation. Apparently he wrote this in a suicide note. He was protecting his family from huge financial debt this way, and from hostile public harassment, because also his two underaged children were exposed to public bullying, as I understood from different reports about the case. Lee was aparently protecting his family by his suicide. He wrote in the suicide letter that this was the only way, he saw no other options. In case of his death brands namely couldn't indebt his family for those 10 millions (or so). Also, nobody believed him nor protected his human rights and police was exposing his case to media which resulted in brutal and constant bullying of his family as well. Lee apparently, as his solicitor revealed, also begged the police for the polygraph, because it was blackmailer's word against Lee's (police couldn't find any solud material proofs against Lee, whole investigation is based on accusation of that druggie ex convict who is also cheabol daughter (and was proven liar in G- Dragon's case - Lee and G- Dragon's accuser is THE SAME PERSON with code name "A" - believe it or not! Her identity unlike Lee's and G-Dragon's is protected by the police from first second on) , but the police rejected use of polygraph. Also investigators have, as we could conclude from 19 hours long interrogation of Lee, chosen to believe his blackmailers (both ex drug convicts) and not to Lee. The police seem to wanted to put Lee behind the bars at any cost. Innocent or guilty. Because of political effectiveness of that case. It would bring political votes if Lee was put in jail. You know, the public foesn't lije drugs among celebs. The public demands effectiveness from police. And police was demonstrating it on Lee's case by breaching korean law of not leaking information to media and public about ongoing investigations, and hence by breaching Lee's human rights (the police did the same in G-Dragon's and Yoo Ah In's case, just throwing them to media before it even established facts or did drug tests). Anyway the police still have no hard evidence that Lee knowingly used drugs. Just a word of ex convict. And a druggie. These circumstances directly led to Lee's suicide. It was circumstantial murder of Lee. Even if Lee technically took his own life, he was murdered and lynched by media and public before that, and the police didn't believe him. But it believed to ex convicts, believe it or not. And the police added to his murder by the way it was leading his investigation. And now it obviously plans, to minimise it's possibly unlawful way of how it lead Lee's investigation, to prove his guilt posthumously. What to say. Whole case makes me sick. Whole world is shocked about what is going on in Korea, how is police, media and public treating celebs. Like second class citizens with no human rights.

P.S. Key question is also WHY this woman suddenly started accusing celebs for use of drugs while admitting it was supposedly her giving those drugs to celebs. I don't know Korean justice system in detail, but I am guessing that it is based on anglo-saxon judicial system. Which could explain why woman did what she did and why is police so much protecting her identity (but not identities of her celeb victims). She wants to secure her status from a suspect into a police witness. Police was already investigating her club for drugs and she was already in jail for drug use two years ago. So she needed something to make a deal with police to bring tgem "big fish" in exchange for a witness status (and not a status of a criminal suspect, which she had at very beginning of this case). This would save her from jail. If she can incriminate others, she will have a status of witness against them. A witness doesn't go to jail, it testifies and this way "helps" to the police to arrest the bigger criminals. This must be whole point of it. More famous the person she incriminates, the higher on social scale, the better for her - more protection frim persecution she will have. And the better for the police's public image of being very effective in breaking drug chains among VIPs. This is probably why her lies about G-Dragon - she tried to incriminate him with pic of him going on toilet in her club a year ago, but failed to prove that G-Dragon used drugs in that club. G- Dragin crashed her lies by indisputable proofs. While Lee was very likely incriminated by her for the same reason as G-Dragon was, Lee's case was a bit different. I won't go in other details about this, God rest his wonderful soul, but justice will prevail also in Lee's case. There is absolute no proof that Lee knowingly took any drugs she was apparently providing to him and other celebs (according to her words). Lee denied it. It was her word against his. This is why Lee demanded a polygraph. But police, smelling it's big chance to demonstrate huge success for apparent effective discovery and punishment of drug users among entertainment jet set, refused a polygraph. From how the police protects identity of "A" and how it was exposing celebs in ongoing investigations (they had literally nothing but a pic of dragon holding doors to toilet room but accused him publicly that he was taking drugs (sic!) based on this pic) it it shows you clear intention of police to make a public spectacle from high profile arrests to show the police in better life. But a life was taken because of this. If this wasn't a murder of Lee, then I don't know what a murder is. If you pushed other person in suicide, be sure, you would sit for it.

Reputation rankings are going down thanks to NJ's open support of MHJ's wrongdoings of wich other innoccent Hybe artists were badly badmouthed and dragged into dispute against their own will. NJ never apologised to other artists within same Hybe family attacked because of NJ. We know well that these young artists that have been badmouthed by MHJ don't decide about any concepts, stylings, choreographies or whatever that shape their presence on musical scene. Hybe artists have been abused by MHJ for her personal agenda and dragged deep through the mud. NJ never apologised to their collegues while knowing well that whatever dispute is about, other artists didn't cause it personally nor are responsible for decisions of their creative managers. But no. So much hype about NJ supporting Aespa from competiting company, but not even a word of apology from NJ to other artists from their own Hybe family. Which is ugly, immoral and unethical attitude. And reflects a lot of narcissistic arrogance. Unfortunately, that knife threat is reflection of all that. Trust in NJ has been broken, respect for these girls has been lost. While violence has to be clearly condemned and cut off in the root, we can't ignore at the same time what it resulted from. It resulted from very ugly and mean deeds against other Hybe in which NJ girls participated by openly siding with person attacking and draghing these artists through mud. Not once, but many times and even in the court. So to NJ, bsdmouthing their collegues in Hybe is okay. It doesn't matter how other young artists, victims of MHJ's one-sidded attacks feel. To NJ is only important to openly support girl band from SME. Not Hybe. SME. MHJ's ex company. Makes you think. Makes you also think how cruel are their teenage hearts, how blind for sufferings of their equally young collegues. You rip what you sow. As far as I am concerned, no respect WHATSOEVER for NJ. I don't care if tjis band ecists or not. And I want MHJ OUT of Hybe.

KN of course won't be reporting about how the police had to ask other authority entity if his kickboard needs a licence plate and insurance, or not. Answer was, it doesn't. Neither a licence plate, nor insurance. You can't get them for this type of kickboard even if you wanted. This kickboard is for children. The police didn't know, how was then Suga or any other Korean citizen supposed to know? And yet the media vultures accussed Yoongi of lying. While it was all of you lying, when he was the only one telling the truth from very beginning.
KN also won't report how Suga smashed the Billboard last week with 5 of his hits. Not one, but 5! And so did Jimin and Kookie. This is the best answer to Kmedia. You are gross liars, manipulators and people breaching human rights of celebs.
Whole world thinks Kmedia is gross and people laugh at you Kmedia and to brainwashed haters that are just barking dogs on WE KNOW EXACTLY WHO'S PAYLIST. Nobody respects Kmedia. Your word equals do dog's sh1yt smelling on the street.
While Suga is being respected all over the world. Not your president, not corrupted 1st lady, not corrupted K media and politicians. Suga. And BTS. OT7.
Shame on you KN . We won't forget your shameful role in this. And take that illegal tape of Suga cimming on questioning down. He is not a criminal for a photo line. Those that proved to be criminals are you, K media, and your so called "journalists". Spreading lies about Yoongi es we speaking.

You are wrong, 19 hours long hearings are prohibited by Korean law and yet police went into activity prohibited by law. If robbing a bank is against the law and police robs the bank, it stops being a crime just because police was the robber? Of course not. His lawyer couldn't stop police harrassment and disclosing his case to media, as also G-Dragon's lawyer couldn't prevent it, and Yoo Ah In's lawyer couldn't prevent it. It was the Police that decided to ignore Law and to work by it's own rules that were clearly UNLAWFUL. Not only that, situation is much more serious, police was also breaching constitutional rights of these men. Which is damn serious thing. Police strategically and deliberately harassed them and lead media and public into presumption of their guilt, although LAW and constitution say everyone is INNOCENT until COURT, not the police, gets a verdict that they are guilty. Millions of police investigations never even reach the court because cases have to be dropped due to lack of evidence, but in case of Lee and G-Dragon there was no evidence whatsoever, just accussation of a blackmailer. Same woman accussed both, Lee Sun Kyun and G-Dragon. 5 times charged for drug related criminal acts and imprisoned for two years sentence in past. And yet the police harassed the two by breaking the law. And did same in Yoo Ah In's case, blowing accussations out of porportions, causing him huge personal, mental and financial damage, and yet wasn't able to prove all those fatal mega allegations in more than a year long investigation. Only now case goes on court and You may come innocent out of the process. We don't know. But we do know that Yoo Ah In is innocent till Court of Law proves he is not. Innocent at this very moment.
The police knows very well what the law is, it should be working in the name of Law. And yet the police already proclaimed YAI (and the rest two) guilty, dragged and humiliated him in public like some troffey, telling everybody with hinting his 100 % guilt, how he apparently consumed all the phropofol in South Korea, and cocaine, and what not.
At the same time, the same public that was bullying and condemning YAI (and the other two) without evidence or evidence proven on court, and at the same time when the police kept on BRUTALLY harming and bulldozering South Korean laws AND constitution, that same public FAILED TO SEE that police produced absolutely no results in catching those who produce or are trafficking with all that cocaine that Yoo apparently consumed. Not even one result. Just small fish, and when the police needed to shift attention from this problem, it used celebrities even if it had to simply make up a case agains dome of them (clear case of G-Dragon).
Where drugs come from? Through which channels? How they reach consumers? No single result in this field. Uf you need to cover your own impotence in this field, all you need to do is find a celebrity and use it as a scapegoat for toxic public, and nobody will notice that you actually failed in doing your job of catching real criminal nets bringing drugs to Korea. If you don't have evidence against celeb - well make it up. Drag them in media, harass them, pressure them up to death till as long ss you need it so that public focus goes away from main problem. But Lee died because police was hiding behind made up accusations with no evidence just to avoid unpleasant questions about why the hell they didn't bring up to justice not even one drug producer and trafficker.
Of course the police needed Lee, G-Dragon and Yoo Ah In, to shift public attention from real problem, complete inability of police to catch real drug criminals. The less successful the police is in this field, more it pressures celebs and abuses the law in their cases, even by making up stories about criminal that never existed (G-Dragon, Lee, and very likely, at least partly, in case of Yoo as well). Using celebs as scapegoats, foesn't matter if they have done anything illegal, or not.
You don't see problem in that? What will follow next? To cover up their impotence in catching up drug lords, will they arrest half of korean entertainers based on false allegations, so that public won't notice that police did nothing at all to protect its youth from drug lords and traffickers?
Maybe next victims won't be only celebrities, but also ordinary citizens. What korean police did with mentioned trio is the same as if it would with no evidence, just based on made up stories, broke into people homes, accusing them of all sorts of crimes the police itself would fabricate, pushing many in deaths and causing them loss of jobs, because all media would be spreading victims shaming and would be reporting about how "successful" the police in breaking crimes, although all would be nothing but big lie and show for public. But there wouldn't be any crimes among these people, police would just use them to show their effectivenes. And later on, with coffins and funerals, say, oops, we were wrong. Operation succeeded, but patient died. There is reason why laws exist to prevent such abuse of power.
The police is repressive organ with great power in its hands, but only with as much of power as is given to it by laws and constitution. Not even a gram more. And if the police abuses law, somebody has to be responsible objectively, and individually. There is clean line of command in police. Minister of police and chief of police are objectively responsible for what happened in these cases, and chief of police and every single member of investigation team that was breaching laws in case of LSK, GD and YAI, are responsible individualy. Individual responsibility means disciplinary responsibility and jail. Even for members of police. If policeman robs a bank, he becomes a criminal. If policeman breaks the law, he becomes a criminal. I hope that much is clear.

Not my concern who is dating who, their house, their rules, and with all my due respect to V, I'll just honestly say what I think: this Jennie is total human disaster. I wouldn't be surprised if she again makes a media stunt using V to canalise public attention on herself in a lowlife way, like she was doing whole this year and last one, anyway. Pictures with V suddenly appeared every time when she needed promotion: when new song or album came out; during promotion of The Idol in Paris, etc. As soon as promotions stopped, also pictures mistically stopped leaking. Make your own conclusions about this. Woman is attention seeker, imho. And with pretty much rotten character from what I could conclude. If V likes her, who am I to agree or disagree. Their lives, choice.

@alexeepark1278 he is facing legal consequences, what more do you want of him? He made his choices, yes, but how can you blame him knowing what kind of life Korean idols have? That golden cage in which fans decide if they can date or not, who can they date and who can they not, what can they do and what they can't, and so on. Imagine your life in such conditions. I can tell you for myself, that my liberty is more valuable to me than all millions and fame on this world. That's why I don't judge him. Also, Korea owes big to this guy. He is one of those few who bring attention to Korea through his films. He is one of those who contributed big time to Korean society through his activistic work and humanitarian contributions. Furthermore, he is one of the few because of whom some people who have jobs and can feed their families. Throwing coffee at such a man and demonizing him in the media is very unjust. He didn't hurt anyone nor he was dealing drugs. He didn't rape, steal or murder. But he is treated worse than rapist, murder, or thief. Excuse me, but that's not acceptable.

@chinzia4381 this is exactly what I said. Guilty as charged. That's WHY (why meaning the consequence of being guilty) she's refusing giving up "her" laptop....
Exactly like this. I never said: she is guilty because she refuses to give up her laptop. Which is diametrally opposite from my statement. Let me simplify to you by writting down both claims, mine (A) and and how you wrongly interpreted it (B):
A: She is guilty, therefore (=and this is reason why) she refuses to turn up her laptop.
In formula: A=B, therefore C.
B: She refuses to turn up her laptop, therefore (=and this is reason why) she is guilty.
In formula: A=C, therefore B.
You see how is easy to manipulate what was said, even if unintentionally? For these two statements mean very different things. You, by the way, confused and wrongly interpretated the cause and the consequence in my statement. You did that in way so that you made my cause a consequence, and my consequence you made a cause. Which is known logical fallacy.
The star of that notorious crying out loud and playing victim press conference in baseball cap used similar and many other methods, including psychological tricks, with purpose of manipulation. Because it's that easy - as clearly demonstrated above.
P.S. And no. What I'm standing for are NOT public opinion wars, I can't wait for legal processes to put her down. But you know why I event comment on that woman? Because I can't stand media manipulators, liars and thiefs. I don't care about NJ, kpop and Hybe is not my company. I'm not part of anyone's fandom. But seeing that snake's conference simply turned my stomach down. As somebody sais, she's like Amber pooping in her husband's bad then playing a victim trying to persuade us that it wasn't poop but flowers coming out of her a** and she made bed of roses for her husband. Yeah right.

@Samirose21 problem is, girls apparently promote importance of fighting against climate change, but at the same tume they enjoy in activities that are one of major causes of climate change (for example, flying, use of smart phones, luxury cars, etc.). Those girls are nothing but a joke in context of a climate change battle. On another hand, there is this whole climate change hysteria that is in large scale generated by interest of big capital out there, global corporations that promote ideology if green technologies and green transfer, while most of those so call "green technologies" aren't green at all. Look just at solar panel production or electric cars battery production, they don't have "g" in green in them. Also, constant ideological mantra that it is a man that causes a climate change. Truth is that a man is just a minor factor. How do you fight El Niño that is undoubtedly causing majority of glibal warming as we witness now, and it causes such changes cyclical every 200 or 300 hundred years? You can't fight the nature and it's own laws. I am all for protecting nature, but I dislije it when somebody that wants to make big money from it, turns it to ideology and manipulates world opinion and politics about it by hiding real causes of global warming that is only in a very small scale caused by human activity. I also openly despise apologets of such fake religion that also want tonprofit from it, such as Blakpink here. They are all fakes. And Black Pink caring about environment is a joke. Their own lifestyle negates every single principle of climate protection that exists. Every single one of them. Even when they sell their music on CDs, they are endagering environment and adding to climate change. Their concerts attribute to environment pollution. So who are they trying to make fool of. As I can see, they are only making fools of themselves.

My native country tries to get Philippino people to work and live here as well. They fit into our culture, our ethical system and share our values,so we are welcoming them. Unfortunately we don't have good experience with Middle Eastern, muslim African and Asian (Pakistan) illegal immigrants here. They reject our culture, refuse to work and speak our language, and are sukking on our social supports. Even worse, they try to impose islamic khalifat on us and rate of crimes (ra***gs, thefts, m****s) has hystorical growth (90 % of heavy and other crimes committed by illegal immigrants). Philipino people are fine. They are mostly Christians, moral and hard working people. And those that are PH muslims are totally different from Arab muslim fanatics. So yeah. Don't steal all of them. We are welcoming them too.
Saying this I'm not against Arabs or muslims in general. They are just fine in their own native countries. But while Europe embraced those who immigrated here (in 99% illegaly) , they show serious levels of disrespect toward hand that is feeding them, and behave as our worst enemies. The only thing they won't reject are our social supports. Be careful with immigrants from the ME. Seek only those with university degrees and various experts. The rest will behave as cancer to your societies, sadly. Especially if SK too is infected by devastating neomarxist wokeism that protects them over local population (good example of this is tge UK where gov sends police on domestic protesters while muslims walk around with knives and machetas attacking British people)

wow ex convict for drugs, blackmailer, liar, drug addict - and police took her as "informer", her, a notorious liar and a criminal? They wanted big names "dead or alive, innocent or guilty", (nothing was too high price for that goal, even breaching korean laws wasn't), that much to make deal with such unreliable person, and torture Lee without any evidence practically till he broke into death? This woman tried to use even her child to get symphaty of public. Not to mention how she played the police.
Seriously, Korean police in on whole new level of low.

@user-mc3qv4pw1p Remember what was going on when SME expelled it's prior owner and CEOLee So Man (this is the name, I think) and Kakao took over? I think this is exactly what she wanted to cause in Hybe. In case of SME, his nephew had whole board of directors behind him which made the move possible. I just realised that she wanted to do exactly the same thing with two largest stakeholders and board members with voting rights in Hybe, so she is now at her plan B - creating media titles and gossips. She monitored comments on social media before, right? And is now injecting nasty rumors and lies in social media, creating fans wars, panicks among NJ fans, she is manipulating fans like puppets, paying for smear campaigns, also those funeral flowrers by fake Army must have been her work, there is no other explanation. With other words, she is wageing special media war. This is exactly the same what Russians do in Europe to destabilise it and is taken very seriously by investigative organs. But in Korea, you can even pull people's money out of their pockets trough fake actions and with misleading people with lies about what they gave money for, which is the gangster type criminal deed, police does nothing. The police is just scratching their bott0ms instead of starting doing their job. This woman should be arrested.

@chinzia4381 no, it is the fact that I didn't explain why guilt is writtenn all over her, but you never asked me that question, you just went on wrong deduction from that statement on. Many people do that, me myself sometimes when I'm not readibg carefully, so don't worty about that. It's not playing games, it has name, and name is logical argumentation. I am very sensitive about that and when I say something I methodically follow logical rules if possible. Therefore you must carefully read what I really said, not what you think I said. I have often such accussations in debates that I said one thing, but when I ask people to explain where I said it and clearly explain mine and their statements, including in formulas, they can see their mistake. So you admit your mistake, I'm supposing based on fact that you just stepped into another logical fallacy by...eh, it doesn't matter. So is your question now how and why I concluded that guilt is written all over her? Just ask, I will answer. Also how she looked, what she did on that press conference, you said it's not evidentory? I say it is maybe not evidentory but it is indicative. This is why we have behavioral psychology. This is why based on observation of someone's behavior police can decide how to approach to investigation. And this is why you are so good consumer and buy million of things that you don't even need. Just few examples. If you can define behavioral patterns, you can defibe the person. This is just to reply on your statement that that press conference wasn't evidentory. I never said it was evidentory in that particular part. But it is very indicative. What was evidentory on that press conference though was that she was using manipulation. Carefully selected clothes, statements, gestures, words, were all in function of manipulation. That wasn't indicative, that was evidentory. Just as I showed you before when I compared those statements. But that's just the part of story, in sadly doesn't end here. I'm dying for this case going on court where not manipulations but evidence will play the role. Let's talk again after. I'm confident that she can't win the game she started. Not if court gets involved.

@nolandbrabson5658 that's your false conclusion. What makes you think that everyone talks out of personal experience? Besides, since when recreative consuming of drugs, especially marijuana, equals with addiction? There is something very wrong with your formula. Recreative use of drugs doesn't lead to adfiction, as occasional drinking doesn't lead to alcoholism. Regular use of drugs leads to heavy addiction, starting with alcohol and tobacco. However not with marijuana. Nobody gets addiction from marijuana, love. Ever dealt with meth, cocaine or heroin addicts personally? I unfortunatelly did. Addiction and junkies are cimpletelly different thing from what happened in case of Lee, G- Dragon and Yoo. So pleas, be truthful not deliberately malicious and don't bring these things in relation and equation because no addiction has been established in these cases. Speculations about G-Dragon just because of how he walked and moved his body, or about Yoo Ah in, aren't based on any proofs and are therefore nothing but deliberate malicious lies. Another thing. This country is do nasty toward recreational drugs users. I understand the law. Law is law and has to be respected. But reactions of public and industry are excessive, harmful, very undemocratic and worrying. So what is this country doing then with ACTUAL addicts? Are there any rehab centres? Or you just ignore them? In Canada they started to poison them to death. Is this answer? Just conversated with young heroine addict today, he was in crysis for drug and asked me for money. I tried to convince him to go to doc and ask for methadone therapy. It is free in my country, you don't have to pay for it. Also not for psychiatric help. What can a junkie hope for in Korea to get his life back, instead of public bullying and being cancelled from job? Junkies are social trash but if we as society can't take care of our weakest members, such as poor, old, ill, homeless, unemployed, mentally ill and addicted, on what civilisation level do we stand. Will we just gas them out lije in nazi Germany and modern Canada that more and more resembles to a nazi state with its euthanasia laws, and let me just point out that Euthanasia was first introduced by nobody else but - Nazis! As part of eugenics. I expected more mature attitude from korea as country and society regarding question of drugs abuse. But what I witness is a barbarian response in case of it's most successful citizens like these actors and singer - then what response can we expect toward person that isn't rich, famous and influental. Immaturenes of Korean society makes me sad. Country became leader in many things but is a problem in this area.

@insomnia5050 Bang is boss of huge company shall he be greeting every kid around? What a childish intake of family members. Should he, an adult man, bow down to some teenagers, please? I think not! Also, if this is the only argument they have together with accusations that Hybe was "plagiariarising" it's own IP, then it's all much ado about nothing. This MHJ doesn't have even one single solid argument on her side. Also, dragging NJ in her private dispite with Hybe is highly unethical. What situation did she put NJ now after releasing this letter apparently written their parents (why did they have to write ot to MHJ and not to Bang directly? Isn't that very weird???)? NJ can't leave Hybe without paying damages and damages are so high that nobody can or will go to this adventure, and MHJ is effectivelly out of Hybe. It's just matter of days! Woman was reaching deep into Hybe's pocket and then wanted to privatise Hybe's ownership. I was reading somewhere that she has only 5% of stock that she can sell to other investor, but the rest she has to sell back to Hybe. That was her contract with Hybe. Also, she borrowed all that money to have 20% in Ador from Bang himself. And now she is badmouthing him, badmouthing many unrelated artists to her private war with Hybe, and is trying to sink down NJ too. I think we are dealing not only with greed, nastiness and evilness by MHJ, but also with her pathology. This woman is snake. She needs to be fired asap.

@4545-q8c those trucks were for sure MHJ's job and thing went on exactly same scenario when they allegedly protested against Hybe to protect NJ. Funeral flowers were no doubt at all her job. We saw her through immediatelly because it was wierd that millionaire CEO working with celebs go on press confetence in baggy clothes screaming no photo flashes "I'm not celebrity" and then claiming that she is Godess of kpop, one and only copied by everyone in Korea. And those crocodile tears and vaseline under her eyes to make it seen like her cherks were wet from crying LOL. Man, she chose wrong people to buy that. Thks God Armys are large entity in which Koreans present only few %. Again I got insight into how incapable are Koreans to think logically, consisely, critically and realistically. They study 24/7 from age 2 to 30, every single day, in regular and cram schools, from 7-22., and yet these people can't think with their brain! So they are just drilled to memorise but not to use knowledge they memorised. That was a shocking revelation to me. And you still see this with Korean Armys. Only that they became suspiciously quiet lately. I think that they are finally starting to understand what was obvious to others from first second on. That MHJ is a manipulator, notorious liar, pathological narcissist, and person with extremely bad intentions.

@opaquea2448 I would have exactly the same opinion. And for millionth time, it was Jin who was in this situation and it was only him being able to judge did these girls cross the line so badly that police needs to be involved, or not. Fans who believe that decision about Jin's body and who can touch it and in what way is theirs and not Jin's are also those abusing Jin. These girls went on his body phisically, but what some of so called fans do, they deny to Jin even the core right to take decision about his own body. Which is much deeper and worse and uglier abuse. It is Jin whom his body belongs, and it is Jin who decides if what girl did is so big crime that should be prosecuted, or no. Please understand once and forevet. Jin decided that what these girls did was not crime and the matter for police to deal it, but emotional "slip" that sometimes happens. Like when you girls sexually harrass Suga with "marry me". Jin decided to line these two girls acts in unserious category of soft sexual harrassing such as in case of "Suga, marry me". I hope that you are aware that " Suga, marry me" is also form of sexual harrassment, combined with a compliment, but it is still sexual harrasment. I don't remember any fan reporting it to the police, no, instead we saw endless copying of this harrassment to such extent that boys started to make jokes and memes about it. Because how else will you engage with human stupidity, all those girls weren't even aware that they ate actually sexually soft bullying Suga. As these two fans unintentionally slipped in the heat of the moment to. And Jin decided to make a joke from it ("Don't attack!") instead of temuving them and reporting them to the police. Accept Jin's decision. His body, his decision.

@HKim0072 I know it isn't that recent, and yet, I still reject it, without being disrespectful. I will never call individual person "they"/"them". I refuse lol. Actually, the titular term "them" used to be used as honorific in my country in past when addressing nobles (lords, earls, counts etc.) or grand parents. Usually it was used like this: "Their Lordship" or "their noblesse" to address lord or earl etc. But we don't live in feudalism anymore so term is no longer in use. And I kneel, literally or linguistically, only in front of God, Holy Mother and my Patria (Hungarian president Orban from whom I stole this quote would add "and beautiful women" as well, but since I'm female and straight, this falls off).

and also with G-Dragon nothing happen despite her being caught on camera visiting his flat and lately, after apparent break up, both him and his sister deleted her from social media? Don't be naive, celebs do date and have colourful sex life. If you think that their sex life depends on what their agencies confirm or not, you must be really naive. Agencies will confirm something only after being cimpletely cornered and can't control such news anymore, or when both involved celebs decide to go public. Media produce a lot of trash and lies, but among them also publish hints of smoke that comes from fire burning somewhere with very high probability. Means among milliin fake news they also publish factual events and information. Being cautious about media reports is not just wise but also a neccessity, which includes recognising fake news from trustworthy news. Hard job for anyone, me included.
PS. My impression was that Tae was very serious about her and was willing to go public with it, but her or her agency didn't agree with that. I also have impression that they broke much earlier, around after Idol, because his whole Layover is about their break up. About Jenni and other girls from BP, I'm quite sure they will marry money, and money only. They were raised this way. Tae is rich and a millionaire, but not even near that rich as are men in reach of Jenni's hand, now after she got global recognition. She showed that she has very high ambitions, among them in Hollywood. For her ambitions, South Korea is too small. That's what I think. I feel sorry for Tae, having a broken heart is always a hard thing, but my philosophy in life is better now than later when one is already married and with kids. Maybe this is why he wanted to put whole of himself into this elite antiterrorist unit, where he will go trough harshest training one can imagine. To forget and move on. But this is just my speculation, the truth might be farer than the moon I'm observing right now....

@mimikim4258 I believe that I was very clear: the fact that companies don't confirm romantic involvement of their celebs means absolutely nothing and is far from being any prpoof thst their celebs are not dating. They just refuse to confirm it and make it clear (I totally support that). The fact that media publish this or that story, or shall I say a gossip, about celeb, means absolutely nothing - majority of such stories (gossips, rumors) are pure speculations and only really small % of them could be close to factual truth. About Jennie and G-Dragon I believe nothing, I could not care less if they dated or not, what I did say though is, that Jenni was involved with just too many idols for all of them being just pure imagination of thode reporters and papparazzi that caught them " in flagrante". Some of these romantic involvements are very likely true, while others are mere gossips. Which ones wete true is not for me to research, and honestly I couldn't care less about Jenni's sexual life, for me she is not a factor. She means less than zero to me and interests me less than zero. Analogically, of course I can't know why exactly G-Dragon and his sister unfollowed Jenni, only three of them know that, but I can take logical conclusions, and simple behavioral psychology will help you to explain what most likely triggers such emotional responses. I emphasise "emotional". With other words, if you see big smoke, it is just and logical to conclude that fire nearby caused it. There is always possibility for mistake, of course, but in large majority of cases such logical conclusion would be valid and true. This is what logic is. If it's true that Jenni sudddnly started to visit G-Dragon's home late at night and had her own code to open it, and was doing so for a whole, then it is logical to conclude that Jenni wasn't there because G-Dragon hired her as his cleaner, or to do business (their agency and office are for this), or they were saving the world all night long, day after day, or that she was sewing clothes for him or just meditated in his place, but logical conclusion would be that she was going there to sleep over, meaning sexual and possbly also romantic relationship (some people kerp these two things separate, some don't). Logic, again. High level of probability. Smoke, and where us smoke, the fire is. Most likely.
Since you negate logic behind people's actions and behaviour, be it rational or irrational, I can't help you. You have no proof to think this or that (me neither), however you also refuse to observe behavioral patterns and logical conclusions based on behavioral patterns, or to conclude on simple cause-consequence, action-reaction matrix. If this works for you (I don't see how it could work for anyone?), fine with me. Thing with logic is quite simple. You go out of house in the morning, sky is full of heavy grey clouds, therefore a LOGICAL conclusion would be that it is going to rain, and smart thing as a consequence would be to take umbrella with you. Or you are going to be wet. You can refuse doing that and end up wet and with cold, and of course, it might not rain after all. But yell me, how likely is it that it's not going to rain? This what logicis. Logic tells us what is the highest probability that something is going to happen (or happened) if inputs wete such and such. Jenni was SPOTTED and photoed with several idols in way that suggests romantic involvement, and while with some of them she probably really wasn't involved in romantic way, seriously, how many times do you think media and paparazzi saw it and concluded it all wrong about what they caught in objective? What is a probability for wrong conclusions about kisding or holding hands or visiting man's house late at nigh or coming out of it early in the morninh, possibly in same clothes? For one thing is just is gossiping and rumors with no proof, in such cases more than 90 % of them are fake news, while photografic evidence is completely another thing. And yes, in case of photografic evidence (present in both G-Dragon's and Tae's case), "where is smoke there is fire" logical conclusion is just, and usually also true. In majority of cases. Logic again, you know. What you think about my P.S. if it's neccessary or no is your problem not mine, I did fairly emphasise though that these are speculations and that I don't interferre in celebs personal lives because it's their life and their choice. What I can do and is my priviledge to do, though, is judging their character based on things these people did or said by their own choice. And I did this about Jenni. You dislike it? Your problem, my lady.

@tingtingboll I agree, it is riocolous that even gamers get exemption in counyry that is technically in war with ot's neigbour. This question should be adressed to korean politicians. The worst thing is, they give these irrational exemptions to please fans of this or that side. Which means that Koreans have the goverment they deserve (as the test of us), if they support this insanity. As long as someone won't adtess this question at constitutional court about very different and unequal approach in giving exmptions even to gamers and not perhaps to singers that promote country so much more in worldm and add tp its economy, so long we will have this situayion that nobody understands. I still claim, military is a good thing for celebs. It grounds them down into real life, this can be only good for them. Enlitment in militsry is beneficial for our boys, they lived in cotyon so far# in unrealistic cloud of fame whete everubody pleases their every desire, and we know that real life isn't that. They need their dose of real life of commoners before it's late. Or they won't layer be able to fit in when popularity will be gone. Better this than alcohol or suicides or drugs and dissapointments and depression later. Let's be real about this. And second, nobody should get exemptions in my opinion, except those bringing Olympic medals. Nobody else. Neither classic musicians, nor football players or gamers. Just those bringing Olympic medals at home, and that's it.

@mastercharlesdiltardino8058 it's not that simple. If you kill God as moral authority as Nietche did and we did, there is no moral authority, no higher ground, no tissue that connects society/civilisation together , humans get robbed of sense and meaning, values disintegrate, everything becomes ambiguous, family, national state, even individual, everything looses the value and it's place in world. This is what we are witnessing now.

@xcoder1122 wrong, permissive upbringing isn't characteristical for gen X, meaning gen X wasn't upring this way, but it is gen X that started to practice permissive upbringing of their children. There are lot of studies about negative consequences of permissive upbringing avaliable, they are very interesting reading so I recommend. Gen Z as such formally isn't uneducated, formal education is expanding in every developed country, but in gen Z case more doesn't mean more# but - paradoxically - less. Gen Z is the most functionally illiterate generation we had till now. Formal education for gen Z is result of memorising data, but without understanding it or knowing how to use it in complex situation. That's one layer of problems. What identity structure and social and other competencies or better said lack of them are developed as direct result of permissive upbringing, read in studies about that. Unfortunately it's not possible to post links on yt. I agree about modern parents, they feel less and less competent as parents or are becoming "uninterested parents" , which only adds tragically to the problem.

@katherinematejek5833 there won't be 2 next parenting generations in Western countries, I'm affraid. But we are having a lot of islamist parenting generations in Europe. When they take over, and they will, no woke fluid genders, no woke lgbt+ rights, no woke 700 + genders, no democracy, no other laws but primitive sharia laws. Greet the brave new sharia world that Europe is turning to. My counyry has around 2 millions of citizens before illegal migration vawe and since illegal migration vawe started 6 or 7 , years ago , our population exploded and doubled by people who don't speak our language (and refuse to speak it), who don"t share our values, who don't accept our democratic standards, who reject our culture and religion, and consider our population as enemies and target of jihad. Hurray... So go figure...

EDITORIAL BY KOREA HERALD
THE tragic death of actor Lee Sun-kyun last month has ignited criticism against the police in South Korea for not complying with its own press guidelines, and the media for reckless coverage of private details that most people do not want to, or need to, know.
Since last October, Lee had stood in front of hundreds of flashing cameras on three different occasions and apologised to the public for “causing concern” before he entered the police building for questioning on his alleged use of prohibited substances.
Prior to the third police interrogation on Dec 23, Lee had asked the police through his lawyer not to let the press know about it, but the police declined the request.
An official at the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency said that “some broadcast reporters” insisted it should be open to the press because if it is done secretly, he could be photographed or filmed “like he is sneaking in,” which, they said, would make him look worse.
Police rules, however, prohibit chiefs of police stations from releasing information on when individuals under investigation will show up for questioning, or allowing the press to photograph or film them during the investigation.
Whatever some reporters may insist, the police should abide by its own rules. Members of the press have no way of finding out when a suspect will be summoned unless someone in law enforcement tells them.
Police rules on human rights protection in investigations restrict late night or marathon interrogations. Yet the police grilled Lee for 19 hours overnight on Dec 23. According to Lee’s lawyer, the actor was told to choose between being openly summoned again and being interrogated overnight.
Actor Yoo Ah-in, who is under investigation for alleged use of illicit drugs, said he had also asked the police ahead of his second summoning in May to let him enter police premises through alternative routes to avoid the press, but his request was denied.
Article 126 of the Criminal Act, which bans investigative authorities from releasing facts regarding a suspected crime, has practically become a dead letter.
The press, represented by groups such as the Journalists Association of Korea and the Korean Association of Newspapers, should also come up with binding guidelines to refrain from reporting on irrelevant private details of suspects.
Ever since a provincial newspaper reported on Oct 19 that police were looking into drug allegations against “top star L” – just a day after the police took in a hostess of a bar in Seoul’s Gangnam-gu who had been blackmailing Lee – media outlets and YouTube channels had been scrambling to disgorge speculations and private information that only served to indulge some people’s morbid curiosity.
On Nov 24, the nation’s largest public broadcaster, KBS, released a transcript of Lee’s telephone conversation with the hostess, which included content that had nothing to do with the drug allegations.
Other than the woman’s claims, there was no evidence that Lee had knowingly used illegal drugs. In November, he tested negative in both a reagent test conducted during police interrogation and a comprehensive lab-based drug analysis of his hair samples by the National Forensic Service.
How many deaths will it take for the Korean media including YouTubers to stop crossing the line?
S 0:54 ad tragedy: Mourners carrying a portrait and the casket of late South Korean actor Lee Sun-kyun after his funeral ceremony at the Seoul National University Hospital in Seoul on Dec 29, 2023. — AFP
On the day the probe into Lee was made public, allegations that a presidential protocol secretary’s nine-year-old daughter had severely assaulted a younger schoolmate to the extent that she required nine weeks of medical treatment were also reported. The latter news, however, did not get much media traction, as the presidential office immediately fired the secretary, Kim Seung-hee, while news on Lee dominated the media.
The media’s obsessive coverage of celebrities’ dark sides is one of the vices that further sicken people’s minds in a country that has the world’s highest suicide rate, and efforts must be made to achieve some level of self-control. — The Korea Herald/ANN

@debbiel.wilk1824 I honestly don't have a problem being called a stoner. I would definitely have a problem being marked as immoral, corrupted, promiscuous, rotten, a person with no backbone and clear attitude, a hypocrite, a murderer, human shit, rapist, or similar. A pot head or stoner is not a negative term. In 90ies, grunge era, everyone was stoner or pot head. This term usually referred to sociable, cool, creative and easy going people that love good music, parties, concerts, social events, travelling and unconventional ( but for me still moral) life. So yes, I'm 1000 rather a stoner than a whore or person that sells my own principles for Juda's pennies. Show me stoners, I wanna mingle. Although I'm not taking any drugs, I don't smoke, and I drink on very rare occasions and really small amounts, maybe 3 l of wine per year the most. Stoner is recreative user of soft drugs, mostly gunja, and is as such NOT a problem in my eyes. However, a junkie, heavily addicted person is. I hope you are happy with my answer, if not, feel free to ask whatever interests you, I will be happy to answer.

@patriciamezarina2496 I don't know why my post was erased but I do need to correct you. Hybe is NOT public company, it is private company that became so big in net worth and as player in market that now is enlisted between companies that are under state regulator's control (public means state owned, which is Hybe not) .This is because of anti trusts or anti-monopol, if you wish, laws. It means that of Hybe will want to buy or emerge with another company, it will need approval of state regulator that will check if this means dominant or monopol status on market. Depending on this state regulator allows emerging etc or not. Something like this. New status for Hybe also means that for first time in Korean entertainment industry one company became so "big" financially as well as structurally that it now off8cialky reached simmilar status that Korean chaebol companies have. Chaebol companies are family owned which Hybe is not. But they are so big and wealthy that few Korean families practically own whole Korean economy. Hybe now entered that club. When such power and money are concwntrated in hands of one family or one comoany as in case of Hybe naturally regulator has to control their further expanding and business practices to prevent that one family (or company) would monopolise whole market and economy with it. If you live n any democratic state (and no state is democratic without free market, and free market = capitalistic economic system), then also your country has similar or even more strict regulations as Korea does. For Hybe this is huuge achievement, especially since com0any was built by enthusiasm of Bang PD and our wonderful BTS boys who both worked hard to build foundations of Hybe and Hybe as is now. And let us not forget: BTS members are also owners of Hybe trough their stocks in company, and MHJ , when trying to deny to 80 % of stockholders from executing their voting rights, denied that right to BTS members too. Even if they induvidually don't have direct voting rights in accordance to their stock shares (not every stock owner has voting rights), this changes nothing, because their vote is still represented in those 80%.

aha. I don't see people starving also no homeless people. But I see lot of people with newest I-phones spending their day in ease and good mood, complaining how costs of living are high. Wtf. Obviously not high enough, if they can still afford iphones, expensive dinners, luxury items etc. What a joke. Sorry guys, with all due respect, but I'm not buying these crybabies from rich spoiled Koreans anymore. Ask a factory worker on minimal wage with no iphone, no money for fancy dinners and socializing in bars, restaurants and pubs, living in 1,5 x2m rented flat, how expensive is life in Seoul. They aren't loud like those with silver spoon in their mouth. They are too ashamed of their poverty. And they are invisible. A low life for those loud that don't even care about those less wealthy and really poor in the country. So please! Enough.

@Dmwntkp99 Greta is also one pathetic fake environmental "saver" travelling around with jets and yahts with all her enviromental damaging electronic devices. Also Greta openly supported Hamas butchers, the same terrorist organisation that uses its own people as living wall and launches its terrorist activities from a hospital. I have zero respect for rich fanatic girl that earns millions on manipulation with enviromental thematics playing in hands of powerful green lobbies and corporations in shadows that earn with so called "green transfer". Greta plays as being anticapitalist, and yet she enjoys in all benefits of capitalism, makes herself richer every day and make those hidden corporations and the deep state richer every day. Greta and Blankpinks of this world are of similar kinds: fake prophets and fake fighters for social equality, while they are the ones that are part of rich elites - the same ones that cause social inequality and environmental pollution. So bah. The louder and more agressive they are, more they mark others as fascist, more sure you can be that it is THEM who are real fascists, source of social unequality and main environmental and social PROBLEM. Poor people don't have yachts and don't travel with jets and so on. At least these rich people should be quiet and not fake it how concerned and sensitive apparently they are about environment or social unequally and save their face this way. But no, they feel like if they fake it they will make it - and they usually do. Be aware who these people support politically. To those they support, a smart person should never vote - because they will always support interests of elite they belong to, and never the interests of majority of population. Political interest of elite is always to keep its powers and privilegies, keep things untransparent, and decisions being taken on private meetings of those few rich - while interests of ordinary people are the opposite - transparency, democratically taken decision, democratic control over elected political elites, social equality. If Greta or Blackpink say vote for this - I'll be sure to vote contra. For my pocket and my future, and not theirs and the elites they belong for and work for.

Why is only Netherlanfs mentioned in Europe? Marijuana is legal in MAJORITY of European states as a medicine drug which means that doctor can prescribe it to you. Smoking it for recreational use is not a criminal offense in large majority of countries, it may be just smaller breach of rules like when you cross the street at red light. Marijuana is a criminal offence only if you sell and distribute it, otherwise no. Misleading korean public that Marijuana is legal only in Netherlads is unfair and a lie.
Eventhough smoking marijuana is not illegal in MOST of Europe, we don't have any raise of criminality about it. Marijuana DOES NOT CAUSE ADDICTION, in that regards alcohol is much more dangerous. Marijuana adds no problems to drug addictions, this is why it was legalised at first place. All other drugs are illegal and unlike in Korea we recognise how bad alcohol is, that's why you won't find ANY advertisements of alcohol (minus beer and wine which are also taxed differently, like food section and not alcohol section). Use of all other drugs but marijuana is prohibited. I think that Koreans deserve full picture, right?
Netherlands was the only European state that legalised marijuana decades ago, however now the large majority of Europe followed two legal processes regarding marijuana: 1. legalisation of marijuana for medical purposes (doctor can prescribe it same as any other medicine), and 2. decriminalisation of marijuana, which means that smoking marijuana is no longer A CRIMINAL act, it is legally treated the same as crossing the street at red light, as I mentioned, or throwing trash in nature, or causing noise at night and annoying the neighbours with it.
Koreans are indeed overreacting in case of marijuana while being totally blind about tragical consequences of alcohol use. About every other drugs Korea stands same as every other country on the world does, but marijuana and alcohol, that's abnormal. And no, it's not that all foreign countries are wrong about marijuana as girl in video says ( consequences of marijuana use have been studied for over 50 years before legalisation in MAJORITY of states in Europe followed), and no, it is not foreign countries that are wrong about restricting alcohol from daily use as much as pissible (by imposing new anti-alcohol and anti-smoking culture), it is South Korea that is wrong on both accounts regarding marijuana use and alcohol use. And no, nobody needs a rehab for smoking marijuana, that's just lie because it doesn't cause addiction, and yes, you will die of alcoholism and spit your own liver through your mouth before you die in pain and agony. And no, not all people in Europe choose to smoke marijuana just because it is legal, as they don't choose to drink alcohol just because it is legal. Many never tried marijuana and many others use it just occassionally, same as alcohol. Which most people that I meet in my daily life, and I meet many, also doesn't consume anymore. My last glass of wine was last Christmas for example, how about that? I love wine and yet my consumption is lumited on perhaps 3 litres of wine per year. And I'm not exception, many people are like me. Same goes for marijuana. Those who smoke, smoke, those who don't, don't. I was regular user of it in my younger days but I haven't smoked it for over a decade now. So what are you koreans blubbering about, marijuana is the last problem on Earth you should deal with. Try to tackle depression issues, mental problems, suicides and alcoholism first.

@mona.cabocmona303 How it was attempt when I clearly showed you that plan was already being executed, but not fully yet? Court didn't take in consideration that what she was planning against Hybe was a process with few steps that couldn't be finished in one month, just before court's session. But was literally in ongoing process when judges got this matter in hands. Somebody compared it all with planning the murder but since murder did not happen it is all fine. This comparation is wrong, because what is MHJ doing is de facto a proces involving movement of stock prices on market as one of outcomes, and Hybes stocks were loosing their value as a consequence as we are speaking. Court didn't take this in consideration at all. Rather than analogy with simple murder case, this should be seen as murder in stages. In order to murder a general, you have to.murder this and that first. Analogy with murder. Goal was murder but to execute it, person had to be kidnapped first. Murder did not happen for objective reason, but kidnapping did. This is more than just attempt. Attempt is when you write down the plan in steps, but execution is when you start to execute those steps. Then it's not attempt anymore. Did court understand that she could destroy Hybe in one single month? No, it is a process that took her few months and will take few months more. I completely disagree with conclusion of the court that what she was doing was just attempt. Illegally obtaining company's sensitive internal data about all of its sub-labels while you are just one of them is crime per se. Court was as deaf to this fact. This sole thing should be considered as breach of trust. Sorry, I may not understand Korean judicial system, bit this wouldn't work in any other country. Here the court literally tied hands of majority of owners from defend their property against one minor stakeholder so that this one minor stakeholder can in peace destroy their property, finish stealing from them etc. Man, this is wrong! Whole proocess of executing the plan is no longer just an attempt. Are Korean judges crazy? Murdering business isn't the same as murdering a person. It has phases of murder. First you murder this, then you murder that so that you can finally murder the whole thing. And this is EXACTLY what MHJ is doing. And judges qualify it as attempt? Bribed judges do. There is no other answer.

This is a battlefield without gunshots,
Where your friends can also be your enemies.
The cruel and beautiful game where numbers decide your fate.
If I can't defeat others, I must fall.
But this isn't a ring, so why should anyone be destroyed?
When something you once loved turns into something you hate,
When your wishes are blown away by the wind,
It's okay; everything becomes a memory and a lesson in time.
Remember, the world isn't very forgiving.
Don't laugh at others' misfortunes,
Because that could happen to you one day.
Your success might become your burden.
The pressure of walking a tightrope can be suffocating.
Just laugh out loud, as if the world is leaving.
Just hang in there.
Wherever you are,
I hope your dream doesn't stay just a dream.
I'll always support you, no matter where you are.

Whole Europe legalised marijuana in past , 7 years, for medical use. Even in my native country where they have very strict policy against drugs. In my non-native country kids sometimes smoke it publicly and nobody gives a shit. My neighbours, nice family in their 40ies with 12 years old son and 20 or more years old daughter, are regular smokers. So what. My friend, a cancer patient, smokes it for easing her symptoms. I mean, who gives af. Marijuana in small amounts, a joint or two per day, is has positive medical effects, that's why it's being legalised around the world. Especially for ppl dealing with high levels of stress like actors and idols, this drug can be a life saver, becsuse stress, enxiety, depression kill or lead people to suicide. Marijuana prevents anxiety and suicidal behaviour. Soju hurted, yrough violent behaviour, much more people, and we all know how hortifying, slow and painful is death of alcoholic. Before an alcoholuc fies, it slowley womits his own liver trough mouth. That's okay, but harmless and medically useful marijuana isn't? Jesus, I really can't understand that, it is so insane. But okay, it is not for me to preach to sovereign country about its laws, I'm a legalust, a law is a law. However, the way korean people and so called fans treat these celebs acvused of drug use is disgusting. Unacceptable. And we have to condemn it clearly.

@Kpopmore2023 aha. So state corruption is not a problem. A guy riding kiddie bike falling down at his doorstep for being drunk is a problem nr. 1. Corruption, unemployment, violence, sexual abuse, school bullying, 1st lady takung a ransom while being filmed and guy who investigates is suddenly found dead, his case being closed in few hours without any investigation to it - not even obduction - nothing mentioned are problems deserving media attention. But one drunk guy who killed no-one nor damaged anything is. Beautiful. If you "think" like that, but it seems you don't think much, then Armys can be proud about themselves. Another correction. I'm not part of any fandom. However, among all fandoms I ever came across to, Armys are the kindest, the most loyal and rational fandom there is.

Absurd, but yes, the price of fame is to become public's lave, dog and acapegoat with no human rights whatsoever. There can't be citizens of first and second order in democratic country. Knetz are like Hiler's SS units, allowed to do what they want, same with mefia, police, chaebols, while being idol or a celeb mens they can treat them lije Hitker treated Jews. Only over my dead body lol. If SK goverment won't protect its own citizens by equal standards, man, thete are plenty of consumers of korean halyu around the world that can easily show to SK goverment that this may have a financial price. I definitely wob't buy any product from country in which human rights aren't respected. Be it music, film or else.

@TheProudWife515 and I suffered from depression and prolonged PTSD for years. Physical pain is hard to fight, but cancer that is attacking the soul is deeper and equally lethal and hard to fight. I don't want even a worst enemy to experience what you did, or what people like me did. What Hongsik is experiencing.
To give you a perspective in what the different is between cancer patient in pain and physically healthy person in pain: you wanted to live, so you endured your illness and fought the pain with help of drugs prescribed to you, and won. God bless you for this. Depressed person already wants to fight that invisible cancer attacking his/her mind and body, doing exactly the same as you did: it seeks help in prescribed or illegal drugs to fight the pain and insomnia sucking last gram of strength into already weakened body. But eventually person, if it doesn't get proper help, weakens to the point where it can't hold it up and exist anymore.
You think that Moonbin or LeeSunKyun, or Yoo were/is in lesser pain than yourself when you had a cancer? They had/have to fight the cancer eating their soul. Equally destructive cancer that you had. And yet South Korea denies them help, advice, medical and psychological support and treatment. Even worse, such people are being bullied and shamed. Try to live as a sleepless zombie if if you can. You can't. Lack of sleeping sucks up everything inside you, body becomes just an empty shell that is moving, and then even moving it becomes huge pain. I have strong will and it took me 5 years to battle that darkness in me. 5 long years. When people are under pressures as Yoo Ah In was, mind and body can take only that much. Depression and anxieties are very normal response, they are the warning that whole organism is about to collapse. They call it mental disorder, but I disagree with definition. It is the signal of your brain that it is time to slow down and seek for help. And if you don't get that help - sadly, drugs help prolonging your life in such cases, just as they helped prolonging your life in battling the cancer - you end up like Moonbin did or Lee Sun Kyun.
Be very conscious of that fact when you accuse Hongsik for taking those drugs. He got propopfol on prescription. And each drug he allegedly used helped him to survive this far. And now the media and knets are bullyibng him for surviving so far and not ending like Moonbin did? Hypocrisy of Korean society is unbelievable. Something smells very rotten in whole Korean society.
You had cancer, the most lethal illness one can get besides depression, witch can be described only as a cancer eating your soul. CANCER AND DEPRESSION ARE THE SAME LETHAL ILLNESS WITH TWO FACES, ONE IS PHYSICAL, ANOTHER IS MENTAL. At least you should know what illness is . At leat you should not judge another ill person that is trying to survive as it can in absence of any medical help and psychological support.
If you are religious say your prayer and ask God for forgiveness, for you have insulted Him in your quick and unfair judgements. Or maybe you owe apology to yourself for wanting to survive, to Hongsik trying to survive, or to Moonbins and Lee Sun Kyuns of this World that have lost their hope, and just gave up. You think they didn't want to live, just as you wanted to live? They did. But they couldn't bare the world on their shoulders any more.

@starshine3588 if guy is a r4**t, answer isn't in people taking law in their hands, answer is in changing the law. Triple longer sentences, obligatory psychiatric treatment, chemical castration, electronic necklasse and 24 hrs survelliance. No mercy for p3**s, r4**t, and murderers. However taking law in our own hands is barbarian and crimunal. Hunting down this l0w l1fe is also criminal since socialising and drinking with others isn't criminal act. Therefore I cannot and will not agre with media bullying like this. Guy is legally free and in another country. If Korean people find this problematic (and they should!) why are they breaching the law by bullying the person instead of bullying lawmakers to change the law? This is not acceptable. Also this channel should, instead of gossiping, use this event when someone published what legally shouldn't be published because it violates guy's human rights, face gov with direct question about when and how they plan to change the law. Media could face tge goverment with critical reports demanding responsibility, presenting opinion polls on the matter, etc. What we have here instead is just spreading gossips and media bullying against the guy, which de facto us illegal. And this makes me sad. Stop kicking dead horse, kick the gov. where it hurts. This is the way how you deal with real problem. Real problem isn't ex convict drinking with girls somewhere in France selling them stories about his popularity. Real problem is too soft legal answer in case of se***l predators. How far can laws go with tolerance of it? Why so weak punishments?

@TheBloodshotFilms she asked right question. It is not about where can her face be found, but how is the police executing korean laws. Acvording to law, police has to cover identity of suspects in ongoing investigatios, period. But what police actually does is using this law selectively: it goes by law in case of every suspect EXCEPT when suspects are celebrities. Which is unlawful. Selective use of the law is law denied - clear fact. If the Police, the msin protector of korean laws and Constitution, doesn't respect those laws and use them a la wild, wild west way (unlawfully), then this presents great CONSTITUTIONAL problem. This is sign of dictature, because effective democracies can be based only on rule of law. Erode the rule of law by a repressive organ of state, and you get a dictature. It's like, to explain to you in more plastic way, as the state organ would commit a coup d'etat, which happens every time when this organ suspenfs the law or partially suspends it without parlamental controll. Unless the parliament - or president, it depends on type of political system - decides about temporary suspense of the law in cases described by special crysis law (which describes in which cases the order is given, by whom, for what reasons and for how long)., if anyone else do it, especially if repressive organs such as the police or army do it, then you have s9ft or hard coup d'etat. It is important to understand that even in these criminal investigations, if the police doesn't follow the law by discruminating the grouo of people which is AGAINST the law, this is still a form of coup d'etat. And Korean police does just this. Probably because tgere is a silent deal existing between the police and government. But such silent deal us unlawful and unconstitutional too. I am surprised that civil groups in Korea still d8dn't adress korean Vonstitutional court about these practices of police. In many countries, such practices would cause a living hell for government which is responsible for what the police does (minister for internal affairs is member of goverment and the police, althouhg independent, is his responsibility. He is the one giving political directions to the police through laws and other acts, etc.).

So court said she had plan to destroy Hybe and illegally obtain Ador, but that was just "daydteaming", she didn't execute the plan so she didn't do any criminal activity and therefore there us no legal ground for breach of trust against Hybe. But is this true? No, it is a lie. Truth is, she had a plan and executed it, but not fully (yet). Let's see: 1. Illegal possession of company's business secrets e g. financial and selling record of other sublabels and mother company. Planned, executed. 2. meeting with investors with intent to sway them on her side for Ador's takeover. Planned, executed (not in her favor though. 3. To secure media titles with rumor that Hybe was manipulating charts for BTS (old legal case in which Hybe already won in court). Planned, executed. Not only news titles were secured, even state agency started to reinvestigate Hybe over this. Titles in media and official investigations don't happen because of daydreaming. They accure as result of action, in this case, planned action. 4. Written complaints of NJ members mothers to make Hybe look bad (because itbis better if mothers do it so nobodybwill suspect MHJ/Ador leadership). Planbed, executed. Hybe even had meeting with NJ parents over this. Etc. All these things happened because MHJ planned them and made them happen. Results of these actions are factual and evident. Also, court's claim while admitting that MHJ was planning illegal hostile activities against Hybe, wasm that breach of trust for Hybe doesn't mean brich of trust for Ador. Hello???? Is Ador not Hybe? It is Hybe's company! You betray Hybe, you betrayed everything that Hybe is! Hybe's syblabels including. Also important fact. Court couldn't find ANYLEGAL GROUND IN EXISTING LAW to make MHJ win this case, so it invented legal precedens for her. Isn't this fishy? And last, judges were judging about hypothetic situation that even didnt't happen about what would happen if Hybe decides to anull contract with MHJ. While case was supposed to be about injunction and answering simple question: Do 80 % of shareholders have right to vote on meeting of board directors about important business decision or not? If these judges weren't bribed or politically pressured to come out with their grotesque judgement, then I am queen of England!

@ketkikul8739 exactly, she isn't. That's why I said few times (probably not on this site) that I'm more and more convinced that someone else is behind her in shadows . The scale of smearing campaign...she can't have that much resources to finance and wage it alone. She just does what that entity can't publicly (and legally). So exactly as I said: bribed or politically pressured. See how illogically these judges judged. How was there no execution of plotting plans if we all saw what exactly was planned and how and when it was execuyed? Also, judges judged about HYPOTHETICAL situation (apropos MHJ's plans that weren't just hypothetical as judges concluded but already executed in large parts) of what would happen if Hybe annuls contract with her. Why to even judge about something that didn't happen, but call hypotethical something that did happen and we all saw it unless we were in state of global mass hypnosis (I'm sarcast8c here). Judges should judge only about injunctions answering the question are there any legal objections for 80 % of stakeholders not to exercise their voting right on board of director's meeting). But instead, they were focusing on hypothetical annulment of MHJ's contract that might or might not happen since tons of money is involved. This doesn't ring any alarms to you? Also claiming that what may be breach of trust for Hybe is not breach of trust for Adore. Who's company is Ador? Is it not Hybe's? And claiming that plotting isn't illegal. Sure, till the point you start executingbit. Judges said she planned but executed nothing so she can't be legally responsible for what what she just fantasysed about but didn't commit (related to breach of trust problem). But she did not just fantasise, she made every single step of plan true (part that is known to us). From illegally obtaining and manipulating confidential Hybe's data to leaking it to third persons, to investor meeting and building of net of independent resources for Ador under her exclusive controll and without knowledge of Hybe (even transactions went this way so that Hybe wasn't even informed while it was supposed to have control over it), to smear campaign in media she planned and was initiated first with trivial (and also planned) complaint by "mothers" "because this way nobody will suspect us". But judges sa8d it was all just fantasy. Tell me, how do you trigger ofgicial investigation against Hybe by daydreaming only, or big ugly media campaign with aim to destroy your enemy's reputation, cause financial damage, spread disinformation, initiate panicking and distrust and so on. All of it did happen exactly as it was planned, in timing as planned. And you still think those judges are clean? Well sorry, I don't.

@IEshaoD yeah. That fanbase is obviously abnormal. They behave like MHJ's cult. I guess that this could partly be so because they are led by media outlets in MHJ's pocket and paid individual manipulators of opinion strategically active on sites where fandom is active. When it comes to NJ, they should be fined by Hybe already in past and disciplined for public meddling into case between company and it's CEO. NJ had all the means to let Hybe know how they stand through inner company channels. Instead they used public acts which costed stakeholders money. That money should be penaltied from NJ long time ago. It is true though: girls are very disloyal and disrespective and should be aware who's money is behind every album, song, show, public event, every promotion. Who pays the bills for that 16th floor and food on their table. What is even worse, girls aren't disloyal only to Hybe, but show no respect or support to other artists under Hybe umbrella. None of them whatsoever. They are just like MHJ, self centered, arrogant and amoral too I must say. There is no decency in how NJ treats and how its fanbase who girls control treats Hybe. "They control" being underlined here. Bunch of spoiled ungrateful kids that think they can sukk Hybe's money indefinitely while at tge same time spitting on company that feeds them. This for sure won't do in long term and it is going to turn against NJ in future as boomerang. Did you read that patents now accuse Hybe of mistreating NJ because when NJ were still trainees aparently a mold was spotted in their dormitories? And Hybe, naturally, put mold tgere just to harass their sunshines... I mean, this is so grotesque that it became gross. I'm disgust bt these girls, their parents, MHJ and that manipulated crowd turned into MHJ's cult while pretending to be NJ fandom. Grotesque, and that's mild word.

So while Lee or G-Dragon or Yoo were forced into photo line DESPITE the fact that this is breaching their human rights (as well as Korean laws regarding criminal investigation) the liar and already convicted criminal and Lee's blackmailer, who's lies resulted in death of an innocent man, together with deliberate public shaming of named by the police, media and k-netz, gets identity protected, because, as police apparently stated, such is law...So same law used once to protect already known criminal and ex convict, but in case of Lee DENIED to him by police. Not to mention what Korean constitution says about rights of Korean citizens.
And South Koreans seem happy that people responsible for protection and rule of law and order freely violate laws and constitution when it suits them?
What an international shame for South Korea. The way your celebs are being treated - all world media is reporting about it now. I bet many, from Netflix to Hollywood, and other segments of entertainment business, now have a good reason to reconsider wether to collab and do business in Korea as they did so far. Already in Yoo's case there was lot of shock on West, but case with G- Dragon and especially late Lee, God rest his soul, may draw new lines in this feild. And I hope it will. Why to do any business with Korea when this country treats its celebs and idols like slaves with no human rights? I said this and I will say it again: it was deliberate police's decision to expose Lee's investigation details to the public, although he begged them not to to it. They denied although law obligayes them to it. The same law that protects that manipulative liar that made deal with police to bring them big fish - of course she made it all up, but as long the poklce kept a deal, she was protected from prosecussion and jail for her OWN crimes. Her crimes. Police let her go, but was crashing down innocent people denying them guaranteed law protection and breaching their human rights. SELECTIVE USE OF LAW IS ABUSE OF LAW. #JusticeForLeeSunKyun

nope they started to investigate this woman, not the celebs. But she came to idea that if she makes a deal to police to give them apparent big fish among drug users, they will let her go. After polive bited into the trap, all she had to do is to lie about few names. She had to prove connection to those names though. In G-Dragon's case she secretly made pic of him in some club while he was goung to toilett. That was enough to make up stories about his drug use, for which it was comfirmed that they are pute lies. She tried with 6 or 7 another cwlebs, same thing. Then she used Lee whom she started to blackmail probably around the time the police started to investigate her. My theory is that she needed money to flee the country and hide where police couodn't catch her in case that things don't work for her. Lee's case was different from previous 7 or 8 accused celebs by her, including G -Dragon. Lee wasn't just someone she made photo of to accusse him based on random pic. They really knew each others. Of couse, this doesn't mean thst Lee was ever knowlingly taking drugs as this notorious liar claimed. No evidence of this, also all his tests were negative. But you know, he was "big fish". The biggest name after Yoo Ah In. And police wanted his head because of promotion of no drug policy and effectiveness of police in crush8ng down drugs. Pure politivs. So police was pushing and pushing it, unreasonably 19hours long interrogation - does this seem normal to you? Day has 24 hours. Lee was deprived from slerp. Terrorists and spies are interrogated that long with only one goal - to bteak them fown psychologicaly) Police did it without any single evidence against Lee.How do you interrogate a respected citizen with no criminal past for 19 hours in day consisting of 24 hours, based on statements of proven liar (in all other 7 or 8 cases where she was accusing celebs randomly, G-Dragon's case included)? Police already knew for 100 % that woman played them down to avoid her arrest. And yet it was unreasonably pressuring Lee. While he begged not to disclose details of his last 19 hours long interrogation which was about this woman blackmmaling him - Lee was trying to protect his two sons from details of that interrogation revealing nature of his relationship with this woman - don't forget, Lee was married, no use of drugs was still proven and he denied it also asking for a polygraph which was also denied by the police), police denied request to keep details of that interrogation from public despite the fact that it is obliged by law not to disclose details of ongoing investigations.
It is very clear that police was using unlawful methods, pressure, excessive interrogations with deprivation of sleep (which is considered a torture by international law), etc.
Police can defend it's acts, but it can't disprove that it acted unlawfully. And someone needs to be responsible for this. Whole police leadership, prosecution and police ministry should step down because of this. And Lee's case investigated throuroughly from beginninh with completely new independent investigators. From abroad if needed. Guy is undesputably innocent, that's a fact. De iure fact, as we say. He died as an innocent man ad victim of police harassment hand by hand with media and public harassment.

@AdelieCreations that one on first place. Police is responsible only for investigating this case so publicly, otherwise they did their job. The problem is accusator in shadow, the very person that probably distributes drugs in VIP clubs. I hear that accusser might be a cheabol daughter. If this is true, then whole this case against G-Dragon and at least partly with actor Lee stinks up to the sky. And raises question who and why is covering for this person. And why this person isn't in jail. G-Dragon was obviously just used by someone covering people or person in shadows that is accuser of celebs (and prolly a drug dealer), due to his extreme popularity, as someone that should be taking all the anger punches of public and distract the public from real criminal(s) in shadows that have enough of money and influence to start this media witch-hunt against G- Dragon, all based on false accussations. I don't think that police response was entirely justified, what ever was behind it - cheabols pressure (which would mean corruption in the police), or just political desire to portray police as effective in breaking drug chain among celebs, for cheap political votes. While they had to investigate accussations, why did police so gladly play it's role in an orcestrated witch-hunt against G-Dragon, by exposing his case, while they could just establish facts first AND THEN go publicly with his case? This really puzzles me. All this silence about the accusser and who was bringing drugs in VIP club to offer them to celebs as accuser claims? G- Dragon proved his innocence. Should we suppose that also accusations against Lee are results of blackmailing against him that didn't work because actor refused to be blackmailed? Is person that blackmailed same person as accusator? Same person that would be bringing drugs in club? Maybe to be able to blackmail VIPs with them later? So many questions. Maybe I didn't catch up backside of this story right, but nevertheless. As police and media wouldn't be interested at all who is bringing drugs to clubs. And blackmails victims, mostly highly profilic celebs. Isn't this unusual? Unless big power and influence are involved. Then "untouchables" start to make sense.... And corruption starts to stink. I demand that police apoligies to G-Dragon for exposing his case unnecessary to the public, without any proof# based only on suspicions and accusations of unreliable source that had every interest and motive to drag attention from her case. And who is best for such strategic distraction? Celebs are. Who get accused and media murdered before they can prove their innocence. In normal country nobody has to prove their innocence. It is up to police and court to prove their guilt. What we saw in case of G-Dragon was public verdict about guilt before facts have even been establishes. Disgusting. And criminal. Somebody should take political, and if there is corruption involved in the police, also criminal responsibility for this. And explain to people why they arw covering up for a cheabol princess. Already deep in drug cases up to her throat and in jail for them in past. Why are all her cases shut down??? I think it is time to ask that. And for state financed media to give us answers.

@Newjeans.newtee first, Hybe collecting evidence is not my assumption, it is fact. Second, you don't take seriously guy who exposed MHJ for her shaman talks and abnormalities they revealed, and I mean, serious abnormalities, patological ones, but you believe to woman who believes that her dead sister's soul lives in shaman and practices witchcraft and satanism? Wow. You know shit about who is Bandg PD really dating and so do I, but 20 is considered adult by all standards including legal and he is in his 40ies not 70, and if both sides are in consent, that's it. Nothing for you to interfere with. Such relationships are quite common though, especially in my country I noticed since past decade or so growing number of couples where woman is 10 or 20 years older from guy. And these guys are not all average or bad looking , and these women aren't exactly aged hot sex bombs , on the contrary.

@marijesauthenticchannelenj9437 you don't know that, we don't know anything, we all just speculate. I really dislike her. I think she's egocentric and egomaniac. Something from her actions signals me that she is no good. From her past actions, I gained my own coclusions, be it right or wrong. But I respect V choices. If she is his gf, then we all have to respect it. No matter what we think of her or this relationship. What I think is really sad in this whole story and is serious problem of South Korean society, is tragic fact that celebs aren't allowed to date or are forced to hide it. This fact is tragic and very, very shameful for Sputh Korea. When you become global, and halyu is global, all eyes are on you. Treating celebs as toys and slaves of korean fans that can't accept their idols dating is something that I will never consider normal, or acceptable.

@alexeepark1278 so what? Did he kill or murder? Also, how likely is it that he took everything he is accused of? As far as we know and as someone pointed out here, he would be in a coma or dead if he took all that he is accused of, while the truth is that he was very much active and constantly working. I can't get rid of the feeling that Hongsik is being used as a scapegoat for demonstrating "how successful" the police are in breaking down drug use in the entertainment industry. While the police are bullying small drug users like Hongsik, those prescribing them drugs and dealing the drugs stay untouched and protected by police. See the last case of G-Dragon. Some well-known drug user, a chaebol girl, accused two celebs to save her skin, and police went with all force against G-Dragon just because he is a celeb, without any proof whatsoever, based only on the accusation of a notorious liar and drug addict that was already convinced and in jail in the past. The police bullies innocent people or small drug users among celebs, instead of arresting those who prescribe and sell them drugs. Ever heard in this or any other case that any of those rich, influential beauty surgeons with good connections in politics were arrested for prescribing so many drugs to celebs who come to their clinics for beauty surgeries? Nope, you haven't.

@nejiten8064 Many of us are talking about this. These guys are victims. Victims of korean public pressure on them as celebs, and victims of dealers. But nobody in Korea wants to talk about how toxic Korean fans and general public are. Especially fans, infront of which whole korean entertainment industry kneels, because of MONEY. It kneels even to fan's the most weirdest caprices. These toxic fans and industry behind them treat celebs like their slaves. Celebs are like animals in golden cages. I'm surprised that more of them aren't on drugs because they are being so dehumanised by korean fans, stalked, no dating, no normal life, criticised for every single thing they say or do Observed 24/7/365. Moonbin ended his life because he was alone, and sad, and tired, and frightened, and helpless, had nowhere to go and nowhere to turn to. Friends couldn't help him. Because whatever he would do, wherever he would turn, he would hit this wall of Korean public toxicity and the fact that NOBODY in Korea protects celebs from such pressures and public bullying. No doctor will deal with their depressions, anxieties, fears, panic attacks, other disorders they develop because of a life of a celeb in South Korea. Remember Moonbin? I'd rather if he'd took drugs to make it bearable, than him being dead. I bet him too hit that wall that other celebs hit as well. A toxicity wall. Be perfect or be gone. So young life lost forever. Instead of bullying these actors, media should focus on how toxic korean society is. How are celebs being treated. Instead, they are walking all over the victims, while silent about all evil that causes this. Drugs...or suicide. Do these celebs really have any choice between these two extremes? I'm afraid they don't. Not in Korea where netizens can massacre a celeb overnight. Just because a celeb fell in love, for example. And they do massacre celebs here. This isn't right.

@HKim0072 That's exactly the logic behind illegal migration in Europe. The most vital parts where young population lives that can raise fertility (those that aren't in fertility age were just supposed to fill up the pension system that gets critically empty without labour active population ) is Africa, Middle East and India, Pakistan. Problem with these populations is their mentality they came with from their native countries: 1. no working culture whatsoever, 2. a culture of depending on social supports and crime (mostly small like thefts, but also raping culture) as a lifestyle (result of 1), and 3. religious fanatism and radicalisation (all being muslims) into which they were raised from birth. Assimilation in Europe gave no results and we have huge and aggressive illegal immigrant wave because EU decision making structure are dominated by radical leftist and progressive (woke) ideologies that see migrations as tool to destroy old Europe and build new according to leftist ideas and principles (dominance of (neo)marxist ideologies that caused two world wars already in.past).. So we have huge wave of immigrants that we feed and they actually do contribute to fertility rates, but their refuse to work so now we have problem even bigger than before, because we have to feed old population that contributed into pension system for 30 or 35 years but is spending from it for 20 or 30 years longer due to longer life rates, and we have to feed mass of young population in best labour active age out of social supports - while they refuse to participate to society as labour active part of population. They refuse to work and those (really smart minority) that do enter labour market have no working culture. They don't come to work at time, they can't work as hard as domestic population does, they often decide not to come to working place and so on. Also their literacy is low and their only source of "education" is quran. Young people not working from immigrant population also cause significant raise of criminal rate. Germany is disclosed official data (other states cover them for ideological resons) and crime rates went up just in 1 year for 80 % and perpetrators are in 95% illegal immigrants. How do you include these people in military? You can't. They refuse to asimilate, speak language of domestic country, they feel no loyalty for the country they moved in. In Germany they protest for khalifat, burn churches and are terrorising local population. Immigrant wave confirmed EXACTLY what is going on in France with its own muslim populations. Even third and fourth generations of muslims did not asimilate into French society and feel hostility toward French state. This is not because of racism of local population, it is because of dominance of islamism and racism on side of immigrants. Muslims see non-muslims as dogs and this 8s so for centuries. Nothing can change it. They see the countries they move in as their colonies. So you don't give these people access to guns (military). They would turn these guns against you. In my native country we prefer Asians from your part of world but economies there are strong so there isn't enough of interest for migrating over here.
1
-
@HKim0072 it depends on who will you import. The youngest and most vital population lives in Africa, Middle East, India, Pakistan. If you get these in, you will get more problems than solutions. They do bust fertility rates, but (minus India and Pakistan) they refuse to asimilate, learn language, work. They come from muslim countries where population is heavily radicalised and these people have been raised for centuries in conviction that non-muslims are less worthy, actual enemy that has to be subordinated and colonised. This is their mental frame. They come to exhaust countries of "fikr kalbs", unbelievers dogs, financially and then dominate and overtake them with huge fertility rates. Simple strategies but they work. This is European reality now. This is how Kosovo became Albanian territory (thanks to high birth rates they completely squeezed native Serbian population out). This is what you see in France where even after 3rd or 4th generation assimilation of muslims gave no results, they still refuse to work and are hostile toward country they were born it. Only small % of them considers themselves as French while being already 4th generation born in France. And how do you give access to guns to these people (military)? You don't, they would turn them against you. I hope this don't hurt someone, I'm not against muslims, but these are realities that we face. Many in Europe would rather embrace immigrants from China, Koreas, Indonesia etc. because we are culturally compatible nations, but that part of world is more rich than us so...

@michaelashby9654 what is children supporting infrastructure to you? In past, when country was much poorer, this infrastructure was consisting from so called "broadened family", a net of elders and other relatives, who would take care of and look for children in absence of their working parents. Sort of like in tribal organisation. Families were shrinking more and more along with processes of industrialisation, especially in highly urbanised areas, and now you deal with rise of nuclear families (if any). Consisting of two working parents and a child, or one parental families (not so common in Korea?). In big cities not even grandmas and grandpas help, for they live separately from nuclear working family. Supportive child rearing net in form of broaden family is gone. Modern families desperately need infrastructure to support them so they can work and earn the money for survival. Kinder gardens, cheap and flexible net of babysitters, financial support for children's education, flats big and cheap enough for raising children (many times being factor 1
why couples decide not to have children), set of tax stimulations, and so on. That's the infrastructure. It is not materialism, it is simply what is needed if we want to encourage couples for having children. I can tell you that in my country in one of municipality consisting of islands where population almost died out, local authorities and government went into programme for bringing young families on islands and encouraging him for giving birth to children. More children they have, higher the state supports, including tuitions for children's education. Everything is there to support parents and it gave quite good results. Model attracked many young couples around the country and even from diaspora since my country supports also remigration of our nationals and their children and grandchildren that move and live abroad.. I just watched street interview with japanese couples and singles on topic of children. While many singles say they want children but can't afford them, a married couple revealed that it was cheaper for them for wife to quit the job because the costs of guarding the child fee while both were working depended on their earnings, and fee was like her whole salary. It was cheaper for them so that she stayed at home, this way they could control the costs more effectively. Doesn't this ring the bell?

Just to add, another big problem that comes in relative wealth and urbanisation is development of highly individualised lifestyles, and raise of individualism, characterised with philosophy of consumerism, instant satisfying of one's needs and so on. That one is real cracker that even whole net of state child rearing supports many times can't crack. Young people now walue independent life in which they don't have to care about anyone but themselves. Earning is for satisfying their personal needs: education, travelling, fast cars, expensive cloths, luxury and so on. Laisure and quality of free time. And they show absolutely no readiness to give up on such comfort of putting themselves in centre of everything. Children means sacrifice of time, resources, personal economy achievements, sharing it all, giving up on travelling or luxury, changing life style and so on. And they just won't give up on that. Japanese girl said in street interview: "I'm aware that Japan is dying out and that this is urgent matter, but I don't live for country, I live for myself and I want to enjoy in life while I can". That's the mindset. That's the dominant life phylosophy. How do you beat that? You don't. This is why I mentioned Universe 25 project, also known as The Mouse utopia, because it seems that also people in conditions of wealth behave similarly as study showed that mouses do.

There is another side too. First, I doubt it is their "arrogance" as you named it. It is the mode to find way out. Way out of constant stress and exposing and being lurked like an animal. A way to take back a control of their lives# no matter how weird this seems. You have this, drinking to death, or suicide. You seem to forget how fragile are human beings and how isolated and lonley and full of pressure life of celeb can be. Remember Moonbin? He decided to take his own life. So fucking please. Taking drugs is many times the only way to make such isolated stressful life barable. Another thing. Where are those who sold them drugs? Where is police on their doors? Where are news about surgeons and rich doctors, the posh of society, that wrote these guys prescriptions, cheabols that smuggled drugs in country and were selling them, and where is the punishent and demonization of all other dealers? Where? Is this justice? Is this law? So law is only for drug users, but not for freaking reach dealers, cheabols, rich doctors and surgeons that were uncritically prescribing them drugs till they got these actors hooked on them? This is justice for you? If anyone is arrogant here, it is you and people crucifying victims just like you did.

1.Neither Bunnies nor NJ members own Hybe's IP to fill complaints or sue. And NJ is Hybe's IP.
2. Bunnies can't sue or complain instead of NJ about NJ's members PERSONAL data. it is PERSONAL so only each NJ member separately could sue or complain on its own behalf. Not for others, personally for personal data. Also we have to differ between personal data and company's IP.
3. Those vid's that rabbits are complaining about are Hybe's IP. Kakao messages are also Hybe's property. Neither Bunnies nor MHJ or NJ can't dictate to owner of IP or messages on company's servers or stored on company's laptops, computers, phones etc., about how should owner use its property, especially if for legal purposes.
4. MHJ herself already publicly disclosed a lot of these kakao messages WITHOUT OWNER'S PERMISSION. Which is Hybe's permission. She did this several times from her 1st press conference on.
5. I don't known Korean laws, but seriously, how can what these people claiming to represent Bunnies pass with these action through any legal system? They can't even prove their legal interest in this. They can't prove that they are a legal party in a legal process. You become legal party if you are a contracting party, for example. Of if you are co-owner of Hybe's IP. Which Bunnies are not. (even NJ themselves are not owners of IP that they constitute).
6. the collected money actually went on private accounts to which Bunnies have no acces. From there it could have gone either in private pockets of these campaigners claiming to be rabbits, or for MHJ's legal costs ( as these people announced also a campaign to collect money directly for MHJ's costs). NOBODY KNOWS AND NOBODY IS IN POSITION TO VERIFY IT.
Or for financing criminal activities. North Korean spies could be collecting this money for financing their activities against South Korea, claiming it is for (legally impossible) lawsuit on NJ's behalf. Money could be used for financing terr*ism, dr*gs. Or someone just bough prestigious flat in Seoul or luxury car. Nobody knows, nobody can tell. Published Excell sheets prove NOTHING.
NEVER EVER give money to online sources that can't be verified unless it is a shop or organisation which legality and functioning in accordance to the Law can be verified online and at the authorities. Never give money to the private accounts, for you could be financing criminal activities (and be found legally responsible for it), without even knowing.
7. How can some entity without formal leadership, headquarters and official bank account even report orsue anyone ? It can't. Only individuals and registered organisations can do such things. If they are legally connected to the case , of course(as co-contractors, co-IP owners etc). If they aren't, and rabbits aren't, they can't sue and fill complaints for they will be rejected by the police.
8. the most absurd claim is that one person can sue for breach of PERSONAL information of another person. Personal is personal to and for that person. Nobody else can claim protection over PERSONAL data of other person, right. Or then it wouldn't be PERSONAL but public goods.
9. ALL this seems as total nonsense, a baseless public spin so that they can milk money from naive Bunnies for either their own pockets or MHJ's or who knows who's. All options are open . Till they get caught and somebody starts investigating into these online financial collections from minors, for they are 100% ILLEGAL. If they aren't illegal, any t3r****ist organisation could collect money on Bunnies chat chambers claiming it will be spent on NJ defence. In exactly the same way as these private accounts are doing it on Bunnies chat chambers.
In which another illegal activity is being held, and that is selecting media and giving instructions to Bunnies where (under which article ) to comment in favor of MHJ and against Hybe, what to comments how to push down critical voices, which misinformation to spread (post comments about), and when the mission is complete, articles and instructions are deleted. They are deleted for a reason. This is a criminal activity. And you can go in jail for it.
CONCLUSION:
Bunnies suing and filllng complaints against Hybe, Source Music and Dispatch is nothing but public manipulation for several purposes:
1. To milk money from Bunnies that ends up on PRIVATE ACCOUNTS to which Bunnies have NO ACCESS. This money goes to PRIVATE POCKETS, very possibly also for financing MHJ legal costs.
It also needs to be emphasised that IT IS VERY LIKELY that criminal activities are involved (illegal milking of money running to undisclosed owners of private accounts from where money leaks to who knows what activities). Excel sheets prove NOTHING. FOLLOW THE MONEY! is everything.
2. this media spin keeps MHJ's momentum up and in public focus. MHJ's, not NJ's!
3. this media spin also DIVERTS PUBLIC ATTENTION from NCT's member criminal case. A fact.
There is a high probability that the same individuals that were milking Bunnies and antis for financial donations for funeral flowers and anti-Suga protest trucks, are also behind milking naive Bunnies for apparent lawsuit on NJ's behalf.
4. REMEMBER: Complaints to the police are FOR FREE. No money is needed to fill the police complaints. And for lawsuit that is not free, the one suing must be legal party in a process. For example, co-owner of IP, or one of contracting party. Which amorphous anonymous identity that calls itself BunniesIS NOT.
5. these individuals milking money from rabbits and filling apparent lawsuits ARE NOT A LEGAL PARTY. They can't fill lawsuits for someone else's IP, industrial property or for individual personal data of other people.
While for suing someone for their own IP, or for personal data of private person's, nobody but NJ members themselves can sue. Third person's can't sue about this. They aren't legal party in relation to either Hybe, or NJ . And NJ members would already have sued if they had legal ground for it. However, NJ is entirely Hybe's IP.
6. Those who are milking Bunnies are criminals, or at least milking money in a way that is prohibited by Korean laws. Why aren't koreans asking financial authorities to investigate into this money milking from Bunnies is beyond my understanding. Bunnies have no access to collected funds or control how they were spend, and nobody to sue if money they donated is spent against donator's will. So these accounts milking money from rabbits are 100 % involved in illegal activities. WHO ARE OWNERS OF THESE BANK ACCOUNTS milking Bunnies? Nobody knows. Privacy of these accounts is protected by law.
7. Bunnies, the scamers are milking you.
THINK. ACT. ASK Financial authorities and the police to investigate where your donations really went, to whom, and for what purpose.

@IDONTGIVEAF-ew6bw are you jealous because he is rich at his 50s, which is hardly old? He made his wealth himself, he didn't get it from rich daddy. And yes, I always defend everyone unjustly attacked. First, this pic tells you NOTHING. A guy walking and talking with two sl*t*y dressed women on street, at daylight. It's not bar, it's not club, it's not a hotel room. And second, maybe the two were after his money, which we again can't conclude from a photo, but guy in question is no 1d10t. Third, he has reputation of a decent quiet guy, while girls have a reputation of earning money fast, and tracking down whoever and whatever they can to earn money and get attention. If guy says he bumped into them on street, I believe him. Happy now? Also, what makes you so sure that he isn't dating me ...?? I value brain more than just handsome face with no essence. Brain is s*xy. Stup*dity is not. You are not s*xy.

@alketadashaj9230 it is quid pro quo situation for fans. For fans to be exploited by kpop factories (I use term "factory" to emphasise darcasm), they are allowed to exploit idols in worst possible ways. Which is shameful. While fans financing that industry directly is decision of each and every fan individually, idols have no choices# no options. They are de facto slaves of fans. Much more than "slaves" to their companies (cases of physical and mental abuse, underpayment, excessive long trainings for very young people and excessive and forced labour of underaged people within entertainment industry, etc, unfair contracts up to 7 or 12 years etc.), because for fans they are forced not only in physical labour (gigs, concerts, promotions etc.), but also in emotional labour (firect contacts with fans, constant feeding fans with fan's expectations, being avaliable to fans 24/7, no private life whatsoever without fans approval, etc. Look Karina had to split with that actor because fans demanded so. This is abnormal. Not to mention child labour which is illegal. People think about child labour only in terms of infian children working in Nestle's factory. What about children in kpop industry? You are still child at 13 or 16. You are legally minor till 18. And those younger than 16 are exposed to excessive working hours too, and emotional abuse by everybody - from company staff to fans. This for sure is illegal. But Korean govs decided to turn blind eye on this for sake of economic growth. Human rights of idols is last thing they care about. But idols aren't separate race in Korean constitution, like black race in South Africa ynder apartheid. Cinstitution gives them equal rights as to any other Korean citizen. Then why nobody raises question of their legal protection against abuse with characteristics of slavery, and about their human rigts? I know idols themselves won't do that, but why are civil right groups in SK so quiet???

@Erick-ev5zt it is not just that. How many university educated diplomants can labour markets absorb at all? With this kind of mentality, a waste majority of these diplomants and postdiplomants will stay unemployed for rest of their lives. Waiting for best jobs in top companies where they would naturally belong, but can't employ them, is like waiting for Godott. How many of them form their startups? Again, not many. The study system is based on mere memorising informations, not on inventing, creation and invention. Meanwhile South Korean families are lifting their noses up toward owners of small business and people employed in small bussines and in sectors where South Korea need workers. They rather support their children till tgey die and those kids are 40 or 50, with no family, incomes or job experience, than to advice their children to take more realistic path in life. It is not shameful to sell chicken drumsticks or a cleaning service, if you can make good income out of it. What I dislike is how these South Korean families behave as they would be royals, while they are not. Stop dreaming for gods sake and stop using children for your own unfulfilled sick ambitions, and let them breathe and do what they want, can and where jobs are. I have phd, but I washed shinty azzees in my in my life as well, just to survive. My friend, also with a doctorate, was recruited to USA literally from toilets he was cleaning to survive. It was pure luck that he started conversation with person that decided to give him a chance. Of course, South Koreans would spit on people like him and me. Look on us from above. But even Musk was working on pig farms before he became richest person on Earth. This South Korean snobbism is just ridiculous, and whole country's economy is a hostage to it. Overcrowded people, adults that live with parents never being independent or having jobs, eldering population, low natality. I think that red alarm rings for quite long now for South Korea. Somebody really needs to smack them hard so they finally realise that they are running into an abyss.

@UmehChimdebelem-vm3rr the point is, boys are included in decision-making process, not in planning strategies, that job for people paid for it. All albums came out last year so soon, kookie's after V's and then RM and I'm quite sure this wasn't because BigHit wanted to screw them up. It all went well, no? And I was talking solo albums, not BTS as band, band promotions are more company's job, while solo albums are more in domain of soloist's decision-making. They do have, as soloists, final word on the process. Unless I'm informed wrong? I think that boys confirmed this?

@t1cl1shb4lls aah I got it now, thank you! NJ and MHJ are bad news as far as I am concerned and they just loove to dragg innocent people in their mud. I fully support Hybe and all its artists except NJ and that black magic woman. NJ should apologise to ILLIT AND BTS and other artists ...and beg for their forgiveness. First of all, ILLIT has nothing to do with decisions of their creative directors, choreographers, stylists et, and yet NJ openly supported MHJ when attacking Illit, and even more, NJ's parents were attacking ILLIT as well. Secind, MHJ started to spread malice gossips about BTS being in cult, tried to hit Hybe with deadly hit and witchcraft against BTS, she also spread lies that charts results in case of BTS were fake and ilegally manipulated. And yet it is money that BTS earned and way they paved for these mean little girlies to be able to even exists. They are parasytung on BTS earned money and success. And NJ openly supported MHJ in all her nasty and untrue claims against BTS and other artists. Such rotten people don't even exist for me. NJ should apologise to BTS above all, but also to ILLIT, Zico and other Hybe artists. Did they? They did not! Which speaks volumes!

@bqanto she is convinced that only her own talent is what it counts. As she claimed that Hybe counts nothing for establishing Adore as a spin-off company, while investing it's own money, logistic and know-how into it. If mother's company reputation, know how, market share, logistic and financial output mean nothing and it is all about MHJ, well, voilà, here you go, establish your own company with your own money and reputation, risk and attract investors, and see who will follow you. But no, she denies mothrr's company rights over Ador and wants Ador for herself, just like that. Excuse me lady, I wouldn't mind couple of Elon Musk's millions either, so shall I steal them, declaring them mine because I feel so special???? This is like making coup d'etat in democracy and establishing dictatorship. I pitty every single idiot that supports this greedy female. Ah yes, she goes for "fake it till you make it", but I think her big game has started to crash down in pieces. If she wpuldn't badmouth other bands and started this dirty campaign about cults and whatnot and attacking BTS instead of Hybe directly because she is aware that it's BTS that has built Hybe as we know today, then maybe she'd come out as someone who tries to make some changes within multilabel system. And we'd have intellectual clash about how to run spin-off businesses. But no, she went low, unethical, abusing other artists to get it to Hybe. No mercy, this badmouther and attempted thief has to go. That's REAL breach of trust, no matter what law says that fits term. If you start dirty public campaign against your family, your mother company, then you are breaching family's trust and you should no longer be part of the family. MHJ, go home.

@TheProudWife515 I'm not attacking you, however, stollen identities are very harmful misinformation that has been cleared up to now, and you are still repeating it. I wanted to warn you about that. I also wish you good health, and I am very honest with this wish. But please, don't add to Hongsik's already difficult situation knowing how the Police and also media were breaching Hongsik's human rights so far. Be human. With this I'm ending this conversation, I already used harsh words which I regret now. All the best to you, and give some love and support to our Hongsik in these difficult times. He is a victim, not abuser. However you turn things out, you have to admit that Hingsik is a victim of Korean system and how that system deals with celebs and people with mental illnesses and disorders. And if you have a heart and conscience, you will stand behind Hongsik. Take care.

@JeanBohanie-tj6dq but you feel pimp on your skin, right. And pressure in womb. Something out of order. I simply don't buy this excuse. Also their period, as someone here mentioned. Who wants to ignore will ignore, and then when they realise that ignoring it won't make it go away, they cold bloody kill the baby. Women that refuses protection in order to have better sex (and same goes for guy) and will prioritise more comfortable sex over responsibility that it can bring if new life is started, and just ends that life like it would really be matter of reproductive "health" - which is by the way the biggest and most monstrous lie that pro-abortion apologists enforced to all of us within their ideological narrative - well these people are plain cold bloody murderers. I understand if there are circumstances in which abortus is the only solution, but if you look at statistics and within it to demographics of women that practice abortuses in the USA, majority simply don't care. One of hugest problem associated with this demographics is lack of eduvation. Poornessis not excuse, even poorer people have kids and take care for them, and in USA, as I was told, young single mothers get social support and roof over their head to be able to take care of babies. But they simply don't care. It is "my body-my choice" ideology. True. Your body and your choice not to conceive new life, but once you conceived it, it is another life growing in your womb, and that life is not your life to decide about it. Also, why would any male take responsibility if feministic mantra is "my body-my choice"? Males have no word in it and are pushed aside. Then why would they be taking responsibility? They are reduced on position of mere sperm donators. These are ugly sides of feminism and reality of abortuses that nobody wants to have honest debate about cleated of ideological battles. We live in times when whole nations die out because there are no new births. We are becoming more and more old societies with no babies born to share burden of taking care of older generations. Babies are needed. How is pro-abortion ideology still FUNCTIONAL, from social point of view, in such alarming social situation? Why are so destructional ideologies still being promoted? This is not 19th century when women had no right and no options. Anti-baby pillule is one of the most significant invention in human history because it effectively liberated women from their maternal role if they don't want it. We have pills so why this sick need and thurst to legalise murder? Babies can easily never be conceived. Contraception, cheap and accessible sterilisation/vasectomy. Everything on teach of hand. Instead of making abortuses pay-free, we should make sterilisation pay-free, if this is what people really want to do. Instead of abortuses, we should promote births. Women that don't want to keep their babies can easily give them up for adoption. These kids are wanted and needed. Someone will take them gladly. Why 8s murder even necessary? Nobody will convince me that this is okay . That this is morally acceptable, legally and socially justified and socially functional. It is not all that. No murder should be legalised easily. This murder being legalised under lie that it is just matter of "reproductive health", now that's really disgusting. Pregnancy is not illness and having a baby is not a deasease. How could this be a matter of reproductive health then? Is baby a cist on your ovaries? Cancer? A myome? For god's sake, why do we accept a lie as social norm?

@immealldayeveryday9425 I think that the police stepped in trap of its own ambition to prove its effectiveness to public by giving a witness status to person they initially investigated for her drug dealing and abuse in that club because this woman promised them big names in order to escape jail for herself. She played the police with evident lies, imho. It's just her word against those celebs. She very likely incriminated two of biggest South Korean celebs without any proof whatsoever, just to secure her status from a criminal suspect to a witness of the police, and the police naively in ambition for few moments of glory played her game. I'm almost convinced of this. Problem is, she was cought on obvious lie in case of G-Dragon (this is same woman that accussed both G-Dragon and Lee) who jyst passed by in this whole story by accident which she tried to grab to mislead the police from her own case on VIPs, but police was too tempted to grab Lee's case after loosing G-Dragin's, and find any "proof against Lee even if in form of him admitting crimes ge possibly didn't commit. Hence 19 hours long interrogation, this must have been it's purpose, to break him down to admit crimes he didn't commit in absence of any material proof against Lee, and this is also why the police rejected Lee's demand for use of polygraph in situation where it was only her word against Lee's - that's my theory aka conclusions so far). Her lies costed Lee of his life though. While Lee was unbreakable infront police denying committing the crimes he was accused of without a proof, he broke under weight of brands demand for 10 millions of money for defamation which he didn't have, plus he claimed his innocence to the poluce. There is no proof that he liedm and police refused use of the polygraph that Lee demanded himself. And now police has to do something or whole deal between that woman and the police will be reveald. And how was police using ulawfull tactics to catch up VIPs based on lies of ex convict. Her criminal historybitself makes her completely unreliable witness, which police completely ignored in hope for medals for "goid job" in cracking down grugs among entertainment elite. This is my theory. Because I can't explain anything that happened in Lee's and G-Dragon's case otherwise than that she made a deal with police - that was investigating her - and not Lee or G-Dragon who's names occurred only later- to give the police VIPs in exchange for her status from a criminal suspect to a witness of investigation. This would save her from jail. Police should know that she had very strong motive to lie and indiscriminate innocent celebs. Above that, she is ex convict for drug use and dealing, she knows how system works so the pooice should have known that she will do just anything to save her own ass, including lying and missleading the police. And my intuition tells me that I might be just right. My intuition never failed so far. The whole way the police lead this investigation speaks in favor of this theory of mine. She also used a fact that Lee visited her home - while G-Dragon was just passing by but she made photo of him in front of toilet one year ago, and police couldn't prove anything from the fact that some VIP went to toilet in one club year ago. They probably couldn't even prove from photo itself which club was that. She hoped this photo of G-Dragon on her phone, and her lie that she saw him using drugs, will be enough to get the police off her back and police will go after G-Dragon. And it worked from beginning - and that strategy of this female criminal and liar closed Lee's destiny - police bited her boobie trap. The police's temptation for public glory in catching up "naughty" VIPs was simply too high. We kniw how it all ended in G-Dragon's casw. My theory is that the police then wanted to "secure" at least Lee as big drug criminal among VIPs. Problem us, police didn't have any solud proof against Lee, just that woman's word while Lee was denying all her accusations demanding a polygraph. This police's greed for 5 minutes of glory is the reason why no protection of celebs identities by police - but strict protection of their accusser, known drug addict, drug dealer and ex convict that they were investigation at beginning of this story. My theory that might be reality behind all this. Am I wrong? Time will tell. But one thing is for sure: justice for Lee will prevail. #JusticeForLeeSunKyun

@JustJudy869 yes. While police covered the head and hided identity of a woman that pushed him to death. Because this is the law. But it wasn't a law whem Lee, G-Dragon or Yoo Ah In were in question. Anyone still believes that this is isn't a DELIBERATE tactic of the police? Problem is, it is also unlawful. It breaches celeb's human rights. Selective use of law is abuse of law.
The law can't be different for this woman or Lee, Yoo or G-Dragon. Police revealed identity of these celebs from girst second of opening investigation against them It went even further: by leaking info to the media, it created impression that all these celebs are already guilty beyond any doubt and convicted by the court. Wrong! A lie! Neither of them is guilty of anything. Police still didn't prove anything in case of any of these guys. No court convinced them, furthermore, none of these cases were even presented to the court yet. Because for the court you need material evidence and reliable witnesses. But in all these cases ( except partly in Yoo's) evidence is a problem. Reliable witnesses are a problem. There was just someone sayingsomething about these celebs to save her ass. With no proof. And no evidence for police to present it to the court.
No such evidence in G-Dragon's case. His only sin: he was just passing by in some club in which this lowlife took his photo infrontbof toilet room . Which didn't restrain police from giving impression that guy is undoubtedly a drug addict. A lie!
No evidence in Lee's case. Lee's problem: he visited that woman's home. Other than that, no evidence of his drug use. Just her word. Word of unreliable "witness": previously already convicted drug addict. That urgently needed a deal with police to escape jail. Unless she would bring someone "big" to the police. Which she quickly promises and makes that deal with the police. Then she randomly accusses few VIPs. Anyone is good for that purpose as long as it keeps her from imprisonment. The police finds no evidence to backup her claims, but keeps INSISTING. So much that it interrogates Lee for 19 hours in one piece. Which is usually reserved for spies and terrorists. So much that it refuses to stop leaking information about his investigation to the media although Lee begged for this right guaranteed by law to him. So much that Lee asks for polygraph to prove that he isn't lying but she is. Another No from the police. Till Lee kills himself. Problem is, the same person that accused Lee also blackmailed him. Police protects her identity but denies protection of Lee's identity. Remember about selective use of law being abuse of law? Don't forget, this is important! Lee asks for investigation of this person for blackmailing him already in October. Denied. Now police plans to continue investigating Lee as a criminal drug user suspect. Posthumously. Leekilled himself as consequence of police's unusual investigation full of mistakes and selective use of law, but who cares. His corpse is as good as Lee alive ehen it comes to politics. And the pokice urgently needs results, otherwise its wrongdoings will be revealed, which is really bad for politics. Or certain politicians. So embarassing. Let's investigate Lee's corpse even, just to cover up police's wrongdoings. No evidence. But maybe it magically creates itself anyhow during the process. You never know. And just in case, because things are very embarrassing for police's evident abuse of law in Lee's (and other named celeb's) case, the police ONLY NOW, AFTER LEE'S DEATH, arrests the person whom they've been protecting for last two months. From Lee. Because police job is to protect criminals and harass innocent people. However, the police still continues to protect her identity as we are speaking. Because, it's the law. But it wasn't the law in Lee's case. In case of respected actor and father of two. Capisci that? I can't, either.
Case of Yoo Ah In . Investigation and hearings going on for a year now. Since december 2022. No evidence presented to the court yet. 365 days passed by. Yet the police reveals his identity, makes impression that Yoo is already found guilty, case closed, done deal. Big lie! Case wasn't presented to court yet even though whole year passed by. Its still in phase of investigation. If the police really had so solid evidence against fully cooperative Yoo, it would present evidence to the court by now and court would put Yoo in jail by now based on that evidence. However, whole year passed by and Yoo still isn't on trial. How is this possible when the police already made an impression that Yoo is a done deal? A criminal drug addict? How come it didn't present it's evidence to the court yet then ?Yoo is DE FACTO AND DE IURE legally innocent man. Just as Lee and G-Dragon are. No matter that police claims otherwise. It needs to prove it first and convince judges to proclaim Yoo's guilt. No such thing happened. But guy is already paying his price as good as he was legally guilty (while Lee killed himself from whole injustice he was exposed to). Although the opposite is true, Yoo is legally innocent. Till court decides otherwise. Court, not the police. Judges and jury. Furthermore, case against Yoo doesn't seem to go that smoothly as police was trying to convince media and the public. Obviously a problem must have accured with evidence. Is it possible that Yoo was really ptescribed these drugs because he needed them and doctors comfirmed it? Who knows. Nor must be evidence and/or eitnesses that solid /reliable as police claimed them to be, since investigation lasts for more than year now without conclusion. Conclude things for your self. Who's legal and human rights have been brutally bulldozerred also in Yoo's case? Yoo Ah In's. Three cases of selective use (abuse of law) in one year, all three times against a celeb. Coincidence? Hell it is. And who did it? Those that should protect the law. Because goal justifies the means used. Even when means used are unlawful. Right. Wait, but not in case of police. Unlawful.
You all still believe that Lee's, G-Dragon's and Yoo's identity wasn't DELIBERATELY revealed to media by police as the police's tactic to build additional public pressure on them, and along the way collects positive feedback from Korean public notoriously hostile on very hint that a celeb isn't an angel, but human from blood and flesh? You are naive. You bet the police did exactly what it shouldn't. Because this is against the law, and the police aren't' gangsters, right, a political tool for destroying celebs or whoever is political target. We hope! Remember: selective use of law is abuse of law. Selective justice is justice denied.
Facts: 1. G- Dragon, case dropped, innocent in face of law. 2. Lee: dead, but innocent in face of law. No evidence ever presented to the court. 3. Yoo Ah In: alive, cut from job, financially ruined because of brands danage claims, yet innocent in face of law. No trial year after. Investigstion still ongoing. He is still only the suspect. And yet police gives impression that he is done deal. Guilty as charged. Convincing the public that he took amounts of propophol that would even kill few tones heavy elephant, yet alone skinny Yoo. Exaggerating and misdleading. A lie. Yoo is still innocent. He still wasn't proclaimed guilty by judges. In court. Where they only can declare innocence or guilt. Not in police. In court. If police proves it to court.
Something smells fishy in South Korea. And it's not these celebs that smell fishy. It's the institution that is existing to protect the law. But when the same institution abuses a law to prove it's point even when it has no evidence to prove it, we have a problem.
Hamlet starts with words: "Let us talk about kings". So let us talk about Kings or the Kubg who approved unlawful acts of police. Those that were directly breaching human rights of celebs. Those that actually murdered Lee, a father of two. The King that approved selective use of law: one for celebs, and one for criminals accusing those celebs. So shall we talk about the King, state financed Korea Now? Do you have balls for it? Are you independent watch dogs, or King's bitch? Decide what are you, for we would like to know!

@akhusal it was probably more than this As I understood he was unbreakable in his decision to prove his innocence - but problem was that by exposing his case police caused suffering of his children, and he was the father that wanted to protect his children from suffering. The police rejected his request not to leak his case to the media, especially the last 19 hours long interrogation, o that his kids woukdn't suffer more that they already did. Not only this, police rejected his request for a polygraph. This is one of things that, as I understood, put him in despair, but he maybe still wouldn't kill himself if he wasn't demanded to pay 10 millions dollars heavy damage claim from brands that he was representing. He didn't have this money and theybcan't collect this debt from his wife and his children if he dies. So he killed himself to protect his family from debt and further media exposion and bullying and harassment by Korean evil public. It was apparently all in his suicide note why he killed himself. He acted as father protecting his children as far as I understood. If he hadn't had children, he maybe would continue proving his innocence and win, like G-Dragon did. Because that bitch was using random celebs that she saw or met to save herself from jail. Let's not forget, the police was investigating HER for drugs before she started to mislead the police with lies and accusation of celebs (behind was probably the deal with the polic that she will avoid jail if she works as a witness for the police against the big fish in entertainment industry. The police completely ignored the fact that she had high motive to lie about celebs just to save herself from jail) . Initial criminal suspect was namely this woman, not Lee or G-Dragon. It was only her accussing them, her word against theirs, making it all up to get rid of jail in which she would for sure go - unless she could bring the big fish to the police and hence became a witness instead of criminal suspect. It was painfully obvious that she made it all up in G-Dragon case, and yet the police continued being played by her in Lee's case. Whole story is like watching some crazy film. But a father of two paid with life for that woman's lies. Lee's case screams for justice. #JusticeForLeeSunKyun

@WildberryAB because the police probably makes deals with prime criminal suspects just to arrest someone from jet set in front of cameras. But criminal suspects have also high motive to lie to the police just to escape jail, and the police should not ignore these motives and trust criminals blindly just because they voluntee to the police to work as their snatches (to avoid jail of course). Everything in this case of Lee and G-Dragon tells me that this woman was randomly incriminating VIPs to police to save her ass from jail, as the police's "witness" (a snatch). Police was namely investigating her for drugs long ago before names of Lee and G-Dragon suddenly popped up. The bitch is tricky. I hope she ends up in jail for a life time, paying off the damage claims to both G-Dragon and Lee's family as long as bitch is alive. However, why media never questioned her motives to save her ass of jail even with lies and false accussations of VIPs, if neccessary? In G-Dragon's case only one media did. One! Where is the role of media as a watch dog? Everyone is innocent untill PROVEN guilty in face of LawON COURT, before judges and/or jury. Neither Lee's nor G-Dragon's case ever left investigation phase. Investigation phase is all about serching for material evidence (proof). And even in Lee's case, the police would probably have to drop his case in less than month or two, and free him from all charges, because police had absolutely no material evidence against Lee. No evidence whatsoever. Just a word of known criminal that wanted to escape jail and would incriminate anyone or even invent someone to blame as long as this helped her avoiding the hail. Whole case didn't even reach the court, and I'm sure it never would because there is no incriminating material evidence against Lee. Why mefia didn't question police's blind following of "leads" provided by notorious liar with high motive to lie to escape jail, is beyond my understanding. Are journalists afraid or just incompetent? Or is problem in fact that they aren't independent and they work only on master's command? Bites me! And why the police continued pressuring Lee knowing that their "witness" has a strong motive to lie and knowing that there is no material proof against Lee in taking drugs, why did police even reject Lee's request for a polygraph, is for Korean police and politics to answer to Korean people, international public, and above all to Lee's children and wife. Did they hope that something incriminating for actor will occur eventually? Or was the police even ready to "invent" the evidence just to cover up how they fucked up whole investigation by letting themselves being played down by two experienced criminals? This is for the police to explain. And for taking responsibility for it. I see that now the police plans toinvestigate Lee even post-humously. This seems to me as act of dispear to cover up police's mistakes in leading investigation that ended up with Lee's murder. I say murder, because Lee killed himself because of mistakes in this investigation and the way how police deliberately threw him into jaws of hostile public and media. However, it would be better for the police to just admit mistakes made for being tricked by ex convict and for mistakes in investigation, as well as about abusing law to incriminate innocent people in absence of any evidence. Not only Korea, the whole world is watching. Human rights organisations are watching too. The police owes this to Lee's children. It owes this to Lee's memory. It owes this to Justice. It's time for the police to end this charade and do the right thing. Admit, apologise and take also political responsibility for wrongdoings of the police against Lee and G-Dragon (and in unconnected Yoo Ah In's case, respectively). And put those criminal druggie high class hookers in jail where they belong. The only criminals in this story are these two ex convicts. I hope they both burn in hell for taking father to two children because of their lies. #JusticeForLeeSunKyun

@seiwei Thank you as well. I can't stand injustice. I take this case personally. I do it every time when human rights have been denied or selective use of law implied. If media and jurnalists refuse doing their job, and their job is asking difgicukt question and exposing abuses of institutions that exist to protect law and people, not harming them, then I will gladly do it. If even one person starts raising these questions after me, this will be one more tiny attempt for getting justice for Lee and his two children. Who are also victims here, maybe the biggest ones. Was abuse and false accusations of somebody, anybody of VIPs, just to prove police's fake efficiency in suppressing drug use among VIPs and playing along with threvpublic's hair, really more important than Lee's two children's right to have happy childhood with loving mother and father? Is police's aim for self promotion really more important than this? Does it really justify the death of respected actor, a husband and a father, even if he'd ever take drugs - but the police can't even prove he did take them or take them knowingly they were drugs? No, as far as I am concerned. We have all lost Lee because of great injustice. Let's not loose his children too. Let's fight for them - and their dad no longer among us. For his memory. Forced into death because of someone's lies and arrongance of those that were supposed to protect him. But they did not. They even were deliberately harming him. Is human life really that cheap and worthless? I say no. Each innocent life counts. And Lee's life and dignity of his family counts too. If they don't count to Koreans, they count to ME.

@alwenawillis8813 I understand all this, but breach of trust should be established at the same moment as she started to EXECUTE her plan. It is not true what judges concluded that she just, let's use MHJ's own words because this is what also court says, that she was just daydreaming and hallucinating about realisation of this plan, but did nothing. She made two steps which are, de facto and de iure (in any normal country but not in SK, obviously), execution of plan. 1. Illegal possession of company's business secrets e g. financial and selling record of other sublabels and matical (mother) ompany. That was illegal act and can't be seen otherwise as factual execution of plan 2. meeting with investors with direct offer to help her and become part of the plan execution 3. She planned media titles and she got media titles, including those planned, namelly, about accusing Hybe of of charts manipulation in case of BTS (old legal case in which Hybe already won in court). Not only news titles were secured about topic explicitelly mentioned in plan, even state agency started to reinvestigate Hybe over this. If this isn't actual execution of plan, then I don't know what it is. Titkes don't accur in media and investigation isn't imposed on company as result of mere daydreaming. They accure as result of action, in this case, planned action. 4. Written cmplaints of NJ members to Hybe were also in that plan. And written complains happened. Hybe even had meeting with NJ parents over this. How all these examples qualify as only mere daydreaming? She was actively executing her written and discussed plan. We aren't all stupid if judges think we are. These things did mot happen per se. They happened because MHJ planned them and made them happen.
And you still think that court decision isn't fishy? Gor god's say, they didn't have legal grounds to make MHJ win this case, they had to invent precedens! And court's conclusion that she didn't execute her plan is evident lie. She did!

@ItsNessaTho it is news channel, I klicked, and shared my opinion (critics) about it. If your question is do I go on gossiping channels and follow yellow news targeting celebs, my answer would be: no. I do sometimes, however, bump into something on yt regarding this or that celeb, leave my criticism, but I never search for celebrity news, especially not if they are about dating or scandals from their private lives. What did and does interest me was abuse od police powers in case of late Lee Sun Kyun, Yoo Ah In and G-Dragon. If there are film news, I will check, and I usually check all news on this channel (among many other), from political ones to entertainment news. Happy with answer?

We have same culture for giving cash at funerals and on weddings, but it's not obligatory. On weddings a gift is obligatory (additional cash is not), while on funerals nothing is obligatory, but people like to give cash to help family of deceased with costs of funeral or to ease their financial shock after. If a family gets cash at funeral from someone it is usually expected that as soon as someone dies in family of cash giver, you have to give them at minimum the same amount that you recieved, or more. The one who hast to "return" this mobey is the one who recieved it in his/her hands, not whole family or any family member. Because cash given this way is a personal gift not to whole family that lost a member, but to a particular member of that family (it could be wife or one of the children). It's good to write down who donated and what sum, because tradition of cash giving at funerals (or weddings) is based - at least in my country - on reciprocity. However, in my country people give cash in accordance to their financial situation - some nothing, others a little something, while some people contribute substantial amounts. There is no unwritten rule how much you have to give, the only unwritten rule is above already mentioned obligation to return the same amount (or more) next time when someone dies in donator's family. Instead of flowers, candles or personal donation to family member of the deceased, some families ask for donations for organisations. It is up to anyone will they donate, or not.

@nehalilisays fans can be shareholders if they buy company's stocks. Which is looots of money to be able to have voting rights. Do bunnies have voting rights in Hybe? No they don't. But this is not the problem. The problem for NJ is that if they betray Hybe, they have to reinburst everything that Hybe invested so far in them (including ongoing album promotions, their trainings, food they eat, suites they live in, etc.). I saw somewhere in those leaks estimated number 375 MILLIONS American dollars. Or something like that. This is huuuuge doubt for NJ and any future investor that needs to invest few millions of dollars immediatelly in band and at the same time pay off damages to Hybe. Do you want to become indebted for over 300 millions dollars? I don't see nobody standing in line. But this is Hybe's money. If girls breach the contract with Hybe after they took Hybe's money to become global as they are now, they will have to pay it back. Bye bye luxury life for girls and their families, welcome debt. As it goes for MHJ she is not allowed, due to her contract, to work in the field for two or so years after she leaves Hybe. She also has to give them back all 18% of shares that company GAVE them to her. Gave. Those shares were not her money. This is why she came with plan to steal company from Hybe, get it away with NJ and Hybe's money. Plan was to fuel damaging rumors to Hybe and its artists to media that would cause fall of Hybe's stocks (this is what is going on now, you are witnessing her plan in action) and force Hybe to give her Ador and NJ just to stop tgose malicious rumors causing fall of stock prices. Hybe though exposed her game and is not playing it. Shee needs to go to jail. I hope that each and every artist she was spreading malicious rumors about sues her.

@mimikim4258 of course logic can be flawed if based on wrong assumptions. That's correct! This is why you have to accept a reasonable doubt in everything, that comes per se with logic as such, and accept only assumptions that are verified (we call it common reason/sense which is based on experience and observation: if i fall in water I get wet, if I put hand in fire I will get burns, etc.). Problem with facts is that many of us will never have a chance to confirm the facts when we need them. And yet we have to survive in human jungle. Also, we have to rely on what has already been veryfied by common sense. Or are you willing to put your hand in fire to really personally check out if it will get burned or not? No, you will just accept that this was already veryfied by others, and rely on common sense that putting a hand in fire will most likely have a burned hand as an outcome. At this very moment, you accepted truth without evidence. You acted logically. I doubt that you have the luxury to wait for facts before you are forced to act and take decisions, that luxury belongs only to Gods, and not to humans. You won't put hand in fire because you need a fact before you'll believe it will burn. Right? This is how we live by assumptions. Our daily life consists of millions of micro logical assumptions that are base of our every day actions. Like the one I mentioned: sky is grey, I'll take umbrella with me. I didn't finish this task at work, my boss will yell on me, so I will prepare my defense. If I won't drink water for week, I will die. If I cross the road at red light, I might be hit by car. If I jump from high building, I will die. Assumptions. Assumptions that save your life. Nothing might happen of course (reasonal doubt), but it is very likely that it will (logic). And ift is very likely that if you will ignore some of these assumptions, you may end up dead. And how do you live with knowledge of fact that each of us will die one day, and that this can happen any moment? Do you stop doing what you do because of this fact that you can die any moment? No. of course not. You go by logic, not the fact. That's why I said, be wise in what you take for granted and never take anything for granted till it is really granted. The grey zones inbetween belong to logic ( probability calculations that include also reasonable doubt). Have a good day, mimi kim, I enjoyed exchanging opinions with you, even when we agree to disagree. 잘가 ( I hope that's written correct in korean). Ciao, take care. And I'm not offended, it is comfirmed that I'm not crazy, no worries. ;)

@sharonnelson3713 what was there can be restored even if she erased it (she probably did). However all her operations have been planned in detail with people and experts much smarter from her. If you have money and expert advisers, you can sc4m for quite long time without leaving any traits. But never forever. She is not genius, she makes mistakes. And one of her huge mistakes is the fact that she is overconfident. Her overconfidence will cost her one day. Now she's getting her strength from low IQ Knetz and from very competent law firm and PR agency that help her manipulating crowds and partly also judges, but once she'll be isolated, she'll again start making fatal mistakes. Woman is a sn*** and should be removed from Hybe asap. No matter which company she will join, she will do the same to them as she did and does to Hybe. She got taste of her victory by now which is based only on her manipulations, and she won't be able to resist to power that she feels coming from that. She will repeat it. And next time she's going to be much more dangerous because she is learning a lot from current development, therefore she will effectively cover all the traits behind her. Woman is cold-blooded psy****, not much better from any serial mur***er. No scrupulus. Only that her speciality is "murdering" companies till she gets what she wants, and human victims are irrelevant collateral damage to her. She (ab)uses everyone and anything to reach her goal. She will do it again. Outta Hybe, and ASAP. And in jail.
