If the most powerful people in the world were serious in fighting global warming, they would've provided much safer, cheaper and convenient public transportation. Unfortunately, this is almost impossible to be done in an extremely dangerous and individualistic country like the US

@dangernoodle7700 Global warming will make water scarcer and more severe/ frequent storms in the US, which will lead to the lack of drinking water, flooding and landslides in the country. Public transportation can be highly efficient in big countries and continents, as proven in the UK, Europe and China

However, it's currently the only feasible solution to slow down global warming, since the world population will keep increasing tremendously and we're still highly dependent on fossil fuels

@Sonomacats Glad to hear that. But I'm afraid the new public transportation will get vandalized and be as unsafe as the previous ones, because of the extremely high violent crime rate there
