  1. Imagine living in an urban war zone where the citizens have to arm themselves for safety and their only solution is creating more weapons. The country had fallen into such a state of lawlessness, that citizens had to arm themselves because there were no police to protect them. The social contract seems to have been broken to such an extent, that the state is no longer able to keep the streets safe
