@b.comeau2597 My father, 79 years old and a heavy smoker, is a living proof of the benefits of intermittent fasting and avoiding highly-processed foods/ drinks. Most of his deceased friends and my late mother didn't smoke, but they consumed a lot of supplements, refined carbohydrates like cakes/ breads/ noodles and never did intermittent fasting
