Never. Firearm/ ammunition manufacturing market size in the US is around $21.1 billion in 2022 and the annualized market size growth is 6.9%. Look up the many cases involving legal TX and AZ firearm shops caught selling weapons to Mexican nationals and suspected cartels

The citizens are trigger-happy. There were 44,213 firearm-related casualties in 2022. The US government has to replace those citizens and children with around 55,000 legal immigrants who weren't raised with the US' ideology and education, through Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery program each year

@debracornelius4474 My Singaporean friend bought it while studying in the US around thirteen years ago. In 2021, the Mexican government actually sued the US and several firearm makers for around $10 billions, saying loose controls are contributing to the illegal flow of weapons over the border. On September 30th 2022, Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor in federal court in Boston dismissed the Mexican government's $10 billion lawsuit seeking to hold Smith & Wesson Brands Inc, Sturm, Ruger & Co and other US firearm manufacturers responsible for facilitating the trafficking of a deadly flood of weapons across the US - Mexico border to [drag] car tels

@SMichaelDeHart Violent criminals stole legal weapons from pawnshops/ [chuting] range/ stores/ the owners and some of them bought it from unlicensed makers. Extreme accessibility of firearms in the US is a double-edged sword and it's like a chicken & egg situation, because weapon thefts are rampant

@KenDAKL4ever Untrained, mentally-ill, ex-convict and alcoholic citizens can buy it, hence the extremely high firearm-related homicide rate as compared to the ones in other highly-developed countries

@KenDAKL4ever It has happened too many times across the country, so I need to remind people that the extremely high accessibility of firearms is a double-edged sword
