  1. Many people like to eat refined carbs and highly processed food. They could minimize the bad effects by doing intermittent fasting, but most of them want to eat all the time

  3.  @buffuniballer  Intermittent fasting is minimum sixteen hours, if possible longer. I just follow the healthy 90+ years old people diet to prevent colon cancer, such as Jack LaLanne and Clint Eastwood
