  1. Russia should just train the whole country. They are fighting for their future against the US. China, Iran, and NK should do the same. They don't all need to be soldiers but be able to do military duties like mechanics, weapons makers, medics, bridge builders, etc... Skills that can use in real life if there is no war. The US and its fellow losers will think twice before they mess with other countries.
