He never greets like this he's always the stern centerpiece with the top brass scurrying around him. Remember a cupple of year's back when he scolded his top people in front of national TV camera. He was acting like Caesar all cockey. He's lost that cockiness and self assurance bout his position. Something has unsettled his resolve. The mask has sliped and the clock is ticking. ✌️☘️
