  1.  @justiceforjoggers2897  $10B from $2T is only 0.5%... Leaving 99.5% for roads and bridges. Stopping illegals from using those bridges and roads is worth half a percent... Hell, it's probably $5B which is 0.25%. That's a bargain. It's hard to argue that security construction within our borders isn't clasified as infrustructure. Retainer walls certainly are.
