  1. This type of '5 Minute Guide', the ones concerning WW2-Era USN ships, make me sad. They tell the stories of fighting ships. Ships where our grandparents served, fought, suffered and died. Don't get me wrong. I'm glad that Grandpop survived the war. What saddens me is that the guides mostly end the same way. "Scrapped".
