  1. Has Roo ever taken his 'bed bone' outside? Does he try to bury/hide it out there? I assume you've already purchased the expensive dog-beds (with the zippered-cover that can be removed/washed). That cover does last a BIT longer. I'd have to replace it because my two bullies would eventually 'flatten out' the pillow inside.

  2. How to keep a bulldog from overheating. Adding ice-cubes to his water bowl does help. But they melt too fast. Cut a plastic-one-gallon-milk-container in half. Clean it, fill it with water, stick it in the freezer and make one HUGE ice-cube (you'll need a large water bowl). It will last for hours. He'll goto it over the course of a hot day...or he won't. Don't ask me to explain why bulldogs do what they do.
