  1. Do not worry about your neck. You have a dog. So, as you lay upon the sofa, your dog will gently climb up next to you, you won't even know he is there, he will gingerly make his way up your torso, he will get to your neck and press his snout gently against the spot where he senses your pain, he will lay there, motionless, letting his healing energy flow into you. Oh.....it's a bulldog. Forget what I said. Enjoy eating ibuprofen. Seriously, get well soon. Find a local gym with a powerful whirlpool. Some of your pain is because you are holding your body RIGID to avoid hurting the disks. Those rigid muscles need to relax. 20 minutes with a warm-water jet will help with that.
