  1. He is a one state , one time wonder like Mamta Banerjee. Just as TMC was routed in Bengali Tripura , AAP will be routed in Chandigarh and Punjab. Bjp has never lost Chandigarh municipal polls.

Besides no one took this seriously because it's almost new year , Omicron etc. When there is no voter enthusiasm third party gets benefitted by fluke. Nothing special. But even if I were to give it a positive spin , I would say it was complacency from Bjp rather than anything else. Because of that , some people thought let's give him a chance. But remember it's a small municipal corporation , new year , Xmas , Omicron etc. This has nothing to do with assembly elections of Punjab bjp won the same CH municipal polls in 2016 but got only 2 seats in 2017 Punjab elections. Every election and situation are different.
