  1. Finally a common sense law!!! I wish Pennsylvania would do the same thing. Those plastic bags are worthless. There are foldable plastic crates you can buy. Just keep them in the trunk of car and transfer groceries from cart.

  2.  @americaisdyingslowly  …use the doggie poop bags. They are smaller than the WORTHLESS plastic grocery bags won’t take up much room in land fill.
