  4.  @lriddick2001 …I agree, however, the violent lyrics found in the Rap and Thug Life genre is often tied to and fueled by a drug crazed subculture. The opioid addiction is a partial root cause and is fed by Gangsta Rap lyrics. In any case, I agree, many lives have now been needlessly affected and it hurts by spirit and heart.

  10.  @my.0224 … When you go into the hood all you hear is Gangsta Rap, etc. You don’t usually hear Heavy Metal, etc. Agreed, both are equally destructive in the tone and moods it puts the listener in. When you listen to Polka Music 🎶 it makes you want to dance, laugh and have fun…unlike the various Rap genre lyrics. See my point, Friend?
