  1. The police were told to stand down on these ATV, etc. a few years ago. Sometimes on North Broad street there can be 50 or 60 or more at any given time weaving in and out of traffic. Intimidating lawful drivers and creating traffic jams.

  2.  @henryhorner3182 …Exactly. I think it was Police Commish Ramsey several years ago. It was found very easy to escape the police chasing after them because they could be evaded by easily going down back alleys ,on side walks thus jeopardizing pedestrians, etc. They are very easily hidden in garages, backyards, alleyways, etc. It’s the Wild West or Mad Max take your choice.
