The Good Samaritan will have good KARMA follow him through out his days. He also could have just mailed the wallet to the guy’s address, would have saved a lot of time. If his Phone number was in the wallet he could have called Basile and told him he found the wallet and he was going mail it to him. Nevertheless it was a good deed. And Basile can pass it on to others.
