I graduated from Temple University over 40 years ago…All these years later and nothing has changed. The violence from the surrounding neighborhood spills onto campus. Stay in your dorms. Be afraid, be very afraid. That is how you will survive. Don’t ever let your guard down. My son goes to Penn and I tell him that all the time.
