  2. Im 72 and i got a new couch today and helped carry one end in and helped set it up. I walk the dog 4-5 times a day a good speed walk. I lost weight my doc says i'm doing good. I eat right and take supplements. My brain still works good but because of the hard work i did my back is my bad part. I have great lungs . #2

  3. I am also getting ready to put my veggie and flower garden out. Been pulling weeds for a couple of weeks. My mammaw shoveled snow until she was 93. My great grandma lived to 104. I will go when my God says it's time to go Home.😇😊❤️

  9. Thank you . i am 72 and have been blessed with good health. I am guilty of all. I am keeping bottles of water in bedroom from now on. Keep the videos coming. When i wake up the dog is screaming to go out. The cat is meowing for it's nibbles and yes i feel all these things just recently ....gonna change.   14. So true. My husband passed 3 years ago. We did our things together but now its me the cat and dog and i have made a whole different life just me and i am ok. I enjoy the idea if i want to do something i do. If i don't then i just enjoy a lazy day. Peace is a #1 priority. I gave my whole life to family kids keeping a house doing this for that one or the other and a full time job. No more. I love every word you are saying. Solitude is good.❤😊
