  1. Im 72 and i got a new couch today and helped carry one end in and helped set it up. I walk the dog 4-5 times a day a good speed walk. I lost weight my doc says i'm doing good. I eat right and take supplements. My brain still works good but because of the hard work i did my back is my bad part. I have great lungs . #2

  2. I am also getting ready to put my veggie and flower garden out. Been pulling weeds for a couple of weeks. My mammaw shoveled snow until she was 93. My great grandma lived to 104. I will go when my God says it's time to go Home.😇😊❤️
