  1. If you back and look again, he does so when he remounts the bolts with thread locker. He simply speeds up the process, and in the process, he remounts the clamps. Easy to miss as I did on the first go 'round and I watch it on a desktop computer.

  2. He got it later by removing the bolt and slipping it on and retightening it, he even rotated it so you won't see it.
