Back around 1998/99, I had the same issue with an 88 Honda Accord LX-I 4 door before fuel injection became mandatory on all cars, and the LX-I became the EX and yes, it had all power everything, including sunroof, though it had the 5spd transmission. Anyway, had the Honda garage clear them out, which meant the front and rear tubes got checked/cleaned out. Once that happened, and it did include lowering the headliner to gain access. After that, it was fine. The car eventually got a new wiring harness for at least the right headlight as it was a pop up style and the raising/lowering of the headlight housing wore it out. It eventually got rear ended and the car developed leaks and I got rid of it for a 1992 Ford Ranger in 2006.
