  1. Likely you got to it so early that it had not processed the higher res video yet. YT always starts with SD resolutions, then HD resolutions before it's all done.

  2. Likely, you got to it too early and the HD resolution has not been processed yet. YT always starts with the SD resolutions first, then does the HD and that is when the upload is finished.
