  2. Actually, CD changers were available by 2001 on some cars. My best friend once had a Ford F150 Lariet crew cab truck that had one from the factory. His Frontier (2011), I believe has one too, but it's by Rockford Fosgate. It, does have USB/3.5mm jack and I think BT. I have all that in my 2003 Mazda Protoge, and even it came with CD and a cassette player when the factory head unit was still in it. It was replaced by the time I bought it in 2012, and I then replaced the single DIN Alpine CD unit for a double DIN JVC that has BT, 3.5mm jack, and USB, CD. I mostly only use the USB and all my music in on a thumb drive.

  3. I think Ray's early mechanic years were in Michigan, so is not unfamiliar with the rust situation and occasionally helps A-Rod out up at his shop periodically.
