  1. Also, remember, if you do not go into your spam folder all that often, many services will automatically empty it after a certain amount of time anyway. I have found stuff in my junk/spam folder periodically (especially in Outlook online) and I just move it to the inbox, or if there is the option, I've been known to use this is not spam to let the program or service know.
