First off, according to reports from yesterday elsewhere on the Tubes (namely local news), both ballot boxes had fire suppression systems but the one in Vancouver malfunctioned and did not go off as it should have. I refuse to let fear over the what ifs get to me and will cross that bridge if need be if and when it comes to it. As it is, we don't really know FOR CERTAIN if any of this will actually pass (though I do think it's likely) but they could very well be all show and no go. That all said, I think we are likely more prepared to defend if the republicans (yes) should try to subvert the election, especially if Harris/Walz were to win, and I DO hope they do.
