  2. I'm banking on this motor saw street racing or it was stolen and ran within an inch of its life, then blew up. Had a neighbor (thank God he's moved out of the carriage house), had a Charger, early 2000's, sold it I think, but used to do donuts with it on our main street, then procurred 2 Crown Vics, one lost its rear bumper and I see him taking loads of tires to get mounted or replaced. Yeah, a street racer for certain, though can't prove it.
