If Sweden and Finland now refuse these extraditions of 33 people - which I guess they can dump on their courts - Turkey can't rescind it's approval of the candidacy but it can prevent final assent I believe. Which would satisfy the public in Finland and Sweden who will just quietly cooperate with each other and not NATO.
