Notice that India asked for independent investigation and when it didn't happen and they knew who blocked it (UK) they have refused to sanction Russia at all. Macron also will not use the propaganda narrative that Russia is guilty with no trial. Now, what countries know the UK better than India and France? None. Or even better, launch pointless counteroffensives so Russia benefits from a 3 to 1 loss ratio in favor of receiving offensives. There really is no more efficient way to turn an army into burgers without obviously rushing in the open unarmed in full daylight. So this gives rise to the rumour that Elensky actually works for Putin, though I think that's very unlikely.
