Kosovo is not a real country but can join the EU, Serbia can't contest this or offer another status. Meanwhile Crimea which has been Russian for 300 years and always it's Black Sea naval base, and an 80-90% Russian population, has no path to autonomy at all. It must submit to the same Nazis that slaughtered Russians in Odessa and Donbas. This is the major risk of nuclear war.
