  3. Artillery shells and rockets from North Korea would be designed for Russian calibers. Which supplied them forever. North Korea must have enough of that ammo to last years and years, their whole "economy" is militarized. Selling it to Russia to get more modern weapons is a pretty good move for the imho. I despise that regime but they only exist because Russia and China cannot risk US troops on their border.

  6. With this IAEA report the UN has lost its standing as a neutral mediator, period. No UN process will be agreed to by China or Russia, ever, and it's time for a parallel organization of states to be put together. Say in Havana.
