  1. 10:15 Poland never had altruistic motives. The idea was absorb more refugees than anyone else, be more visibly supportive of Elenskyy, get the citizen reciprocity deal, then use that as leverage and access to take back East Gallicia and Volhynia. Maybe that has decisively failed, or it's on to the phase where the refugees in Poland are told to actually move to those areas & that they will keep their Polish benefits only if the area is ceded to Polish control.

Certainly true that only a failed terrorist Nazi state could publish such lists and keep them up. Minsk II was sabotaged by this kind of effort, and we know Arestovich planned it.

  5. The CIA figured out that they don't dare "win" against Russia. If they did, it would be obvious Russia is no threat to Europe - because it never was - and the rationale for NATO dies and France finally gets it's EU-only France-led defense. This locks the USA out of Europe. And leaves Europe as a fourth power alongside China, USA and Russia. So freezing the conflict while Russia still presents an obvious threat to Odessa, and Ukraine might still invite NATO into Odessa, locks it like Taiwan/China in a tension the USA continues to exploit.
