  7. 21:00 Sadly I must conclude that condemning the assassination of the Dugina means that the US does know of some plan to assassinate some other non combatant non decision maker non military person perhaps Putin's daughter. And is trying to discourage this perhaps but definitely trying to avoid being blamed for it.
