  1. No question France has someone in Mariupol and likely put there by the guy that just resigned. Which was not for the announced reason (someone else's job to predict invasion or not). France is the UNSC swing vote and effectively also decides if US is on the European continent or not, they have always wanted EU-only defense. It was Germany (pacifist) and Sweden and Finland (neutral) that prevented this. Now those barriers are gone. So France needs to have people with on the ground first hand experience and credibility to say EITHER "Azov are Nazis, I saw they kill people for being Russian,we must partition the country." OR "I saw no evidence of atrocity by Azov or any Ukrainian forces but the Russians were savages and we must take Crimea as we failed to in 1850." And what is really happening on the ground has no impact on which they will say! Only the French PhDs in finance doing the calculation of profit with a discount for nuclear war risk will tell him what to say! Vive le difference!! Oh they can't say the latter without Turkey on board because of Montreaux...Erdogan has to allow NATO into the Black Sea. Or not.

He was only elected because the black power figures in Democrat party saw him as reliable after 8 years serving under a black guy. But he screwed up amazingly by keeping Trump policy of arming Ukraine, and getting nothing of his agenda done because he won't seriously lean on Manchin and Sinema. Who will Kamala make VP?
