  8. Re Black Sea Fleet i think Russia and China are working - perhaps jointly - on top secret wsys of doing amphibious assault without early detection and in very distributed craft. They saw how Hamas made use of paragliders to get past even tight Israeli defenses. They will be springing surprises - maybe even simultaneously - in Odessa and Taiwan.
