  2. Peskov simply appeared to value every life. 1300 dead is a lot. It's a tragedy that Elenskyy didn't agree to the deal Scholz tried to set up. And it's a tragedy that Nazis killed civilians in Mariupol, Bucha, etc. I no longer believe a word from the West.
