  7. The only way to stay out is to form a neutral union of Romania and Moldova and leave NATO. Then offer to take Bessarabia back and recognize Russia owning Odessa and Transnistria. Peace. It is hard but the only way. The USA will otherwise militarize Romanian coast and put aircraft carriers in the Black Sea. Russia will nuke them in port. NATO is your whole problem.
