  2. 14:06 do these idiots understand that the spot market price is always high above the actual price paid for oil on long term contracts eg with airlines. So a $60 per barrel price is actually far higher than a big buyer would pay. They would never be caught having to go to the spot market! All this cap does is lock G7/NATO out of those markets.
