  1. Berlusconi is the kingmaker here. I doubt he returns as PM but he may be able to force a change of policy on Russia and Ukraine. Berlusconi has clearly stated he thinks Russia has a strong case for Crimea and would not support Bandera Nazis to invade it.

  3. Only among the SS division raising countries in the North: Netherlands, Baltics, Germany itself. Poland hates Nazis and is playing a clever game to get Lvov back. France is also playing selfishly to get control of EU militarily, and UK trying to help USA cripple the Euro out of competition. Southern Europe does not hate Russians. Nor do Turks.
