  1. 9:00 the truck driver was a 51 year old Azeri courier just delivering packages. He had no conceivable political motive to suicide bomb the bridge. It's not clear that the truck was the source or a secondary explosion. A fuel train caught on fire too but the tracks weren't damaged.
