  2. No it won't. Industry is greening as fast as possible and getting the hell off oil, and transport in particular. Alberta should export conventional gas rather than waste it making WCS sludge. Which isn't oil. Focus on paving, membranes, plastic, recovery of rare earths from tailings, lubricants. Anything else is done.
