  1. 21:18 an "embargo" implies preventing trans shipment of oil to third parties, but the EU exempts its own members?!? The term for just refusing to buy yourself is a "boycott". An "embargo" sanctions other buyers and a "blockade" physically prevents export. Intercepting Russian and Iranian tankers is an extremely dangerous move and it's quite likely both countries will arm their ships or escort them.

But now that system knows that a Trump will come again some day so the USA will be MIA for four full years, or eight, some day. The world saw what happened to the Kurds...
