This vile outcome is because of the stupid lie that Ukraine actually had nuclear weapons, it didn't, and that this treaty was valid, it wasn't by 2007-8 and certainly not 2014.

  16. No leader who says out loud he seeks nukes has any right to exist. UN should formally rescind their human rights and invite the necessary outcome. This includes those with nukes who want to "modernize" them. Nuclear weapons related programs should not be taught in schools and anyone with the physics skills to make them should be on a global kill list in case of a serious war. Sites of nuclear silos should have no civilians at all given they will inevitably be biological first strike targets.
