Finland is also breaking it's neutrality treaty.

Scotland and Ireland will leave anyway.

10:00 what does Belfast and Edinburgh and Glasgow think of this? Do Scots and Northern Irish want to invade Sevastopol in the third Crimean War?

@andersstrand533 it is. And now Russian Arctic oil is going to stay in the ground , Russian conventional oil and gas goes to India and China to displace coal, while ceasing to delay wind and efficiency and EVs in Europe.

20:00 Lithuania is just doing what Finland did, poking the bear by violating the treaty by which it was kept safe it's whole recent existence. Of course there is a very friendly solution, Lithuania can offer an easement along the Suwalki Gap! Then Russia will be transporting through Belarus. Russia now has legal grounds to seize that easement. It could be nice and offer to exclude military traffic. When Lithuania refuses they simply take it and Western press shrieks "Russia attacks Lithuania". Ignoring who broke the treaty and thus the very originating document of sovereignty. The USSR did not dissolve peacefully without conditions. Kaliningrad access and Sevastopol control are two of those. Does Lithuania need to be Denazified? It too had SS units in WW2.

3:30 do the math on the coal thing. Coal generated electricity is a cleaner way to do transport OR heating (with heat pumps) than gas cars or combustion heaters. It's oil and fracked gas that must be eliminated first. So the coal plants are preferable to importing US LNG or Canada Tar Sands today. Coal has enough negative local effects that it motivates the efficiency and wind change. It is also a local product in East & Central Europe so relieves inflation by more than enough to offset emissions. It is also a plus on carbon that conventional oil and gas goes east to displace coal WHERE it's being used least efficiently eg as baseload power sources. It would ideally all go to India and keep imported coal from Australia out. The main goal is to NOT benefit US, Canada or Australia dirty fuel export. Dirty fuels from Venezuela are a problem too but it's such a poor country with low per capita emissions that it's exceptional. If US and Canada and Australia profit from export of coal, fracked gas or dirty bitumen oil, that collapses the consensus on climate entirely. See John Kerry's report on this when KXL was cancelled. Local carbon emissions don't matter much it's a global issue. Germany can emit more if it's designing better forms of transport or lighting or refrigeration that everyone else in the world can use. They did far more of this than France, which has no ability to replicate it's nuclear solutions globally. Greens are actually getting much of what they want right now, which explains why they are willing to send 'absolute garbage' weapons to the Nazis to go die with. The time for peace will be when the efficiency and offshore wind programs are irreversible. You should congratulate the Greens for learning how to trade off one part of their agenda (peace) to achieve others (final end of EU reliance on imported oil or gas)

6:00 Rumania supporting EU membership for Georgia marks them as a target now. They aren't going to get South Bessarabia. Is Rumania doing this to block Moldova, that is, diluting it's support so that both can't get in? So Rumania can absorb it?

Three totally different polities were based on this 1750-1790 work. French Revolution, American "Revolution" (really a reactionary attempt to stick to George II slavery and genocide policy), British Empire.

30:00 the men refusing to serve are likely Russian Orthodox, Greek or Hungarian or Rumanian ethnicities, plus a few Ukrainian Orthodox cowards or Nazis or just sensible people with their families. Poland and EU want the women and children, this will help their demographic "crisis" with white immigrants. But they want the men dead, just as Banderites genocided Poles in 1943-45! Such fun .. An army relying on unwilling conscripts is doomed, especially if the other side has not even begun to dip into its reserves ...

@boristzakov5706 Poilievre is the answer to nothing. The most he can do is split the country permanently and offer Bloc Quebecois concessions that basically end Canada. Remember the idiot tried to blame inflation on Trudeau when it's not as bad in Canada as in other countries that did less covid relief, and it's mostly oil with a global price boosted by sanction & greed, and meat which is never going to be cheap again due to priced -in disease risk and insurers reflecting risk of herd losses.

@onepunchbud1472 efficiency is cheaper. wind is cheaper. Oil is dead. Greens will get what they want.

Oil is more urgent to eliminate than coal. The huge wind farms and ICE plants closing and efficiency programs top priority matter more than the coal.

This is Boris and Biden plan. Only way to keep UK together.
